Alberto Parmegiani is a jazz guitarist, composer and arranger leading a 4-to-8-piece band of seasoned professionals, based in Bari. A jazz guitar graduate of New York's Mannes College of Music who studied with John Scofield and Peter Bernstein among others, he has performed in clubs and festivals across New York, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, Brussels and London, and has led two major European tours.
His thirty-plus album discography includes Warner Bros. soundtracks and releases on Universal, and since 2018 he has been artistic director of the A.MA Records jazz label. For events he offers line-ups from intimate quartet to full eight-piece ensemble.
