Academy Events Entertainment agency for weddings, parties and events

We need a performance space of at least 8 meters x 5 meters. We require standard 230V / 16A European sockets (Schuko or Italian Bipasso) near the performance area and 3 parking spaces.

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.

PA & Lighting: Not included by default. Available upon request for an extra fee (includes full PA sound system and basic lighting rig)

Space Requirements: An unobstructed 3m x 3m area is ideal for full shows; no dedicated space is needed for marriage proposal violinists.

We specialize in performing at luxury weddings and exclusive private parties.

We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are our favourite! The guests are always happy and it’s easy to get them dancing.

We started out performing at small local parties, and from there our path led us to high-end weddings, exclusive events, top-tier holiday resorts, and iconic theaters across all of Italy.

Every performance is fully customized and tailored to make your event truly unique. We meet every client in advance—in person or via video call—to design a bespoke experience and guarantee our direct presence, with absolutely no stand-ins.

Our standard arrival time is 1 hour prior to the performance for artist-only bookings, and 2 hours prior if we are providing and setting up our own sound and lighting system. Our standard performance format consists of either 1 x 30-minute set or 2 x 20-minute sets. While we offer full flexibility to adjust set lengths upon request, we have found this timing delivers the best engagement and energy for the audience.

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

Previous customers would describe us as a high energy group that loves to get the audience on their feet dancing.

Absolutely! Every performance is completely customized. We adapt our show, repertoire, and interactive elements to perfectly match the tone of your event and the energy of your guests. Tell us about your guests and the feel you are after and we will shape things around that, including any special requests.
