We need to know where we can park for loading and un-loading and where we need to set up the equipment.

We need space to set up the equipment as well as parking and easy access to the area where we need to do the set-up. We use our own battery backup power solutions to ensure seamless events in case of power failures or load-shedding. If the venue's power outlet is too far or if no grid power is available, we simply use our own inverters to power all our equipment for the duration of the event.

That depends entirely on what equipment we use for the event. Small setups might take 15 minutes, large setups might take a day or more.

We are licensed to play music in public.

We do so many events and work at so many venues; it is very difficult to single out any one specifically. The best venue is a clean venue, where we feel comfortable to put our gear and gear-bags on the floor and know that everything will still be clean when we strike.

Yes, everything we do and provide is tailored to what is required by the client.

We have such a variety of different services we offer, but two things are always included: backup power and experienced technical support. Those two things are critical to ensure a seamless event.

We frequently have bookings more than a year in advance, but also do get last minute bookings in the early hours on the day of the event - if we don't already have another booking for the day, we will do our best to assist. Even if it is short notice, please do reach out.

Many clients can't believe how relaxed we are. We try to always give ourselves more than enough time to complete the set-up. If there is no rush, things tend to go as planned, which results in a successful event.
