Requirements from the venue / client:
• A reliable PA/sound system with a good microphone (wireless handheld or headset preferred) so every guest can hear the story clearly.
• Shelter / covered area in case of rain or extreme sun during outdoor ceremonies.
• Standard setup time: approx. 30–45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
