We had a DJ organised for my sons engagement party who pulled out on the morning of the party. Julian happened to be free and came and helped us out at short notice. There was torrential rain and ridiculous weather, he didn't hesitate to come, saving us a great deal of stress. Everyone had an absolute ball, Julian and his wife put on a wonderful night for us, they are both lovely people. The music was perfect for our variety of guests. They certainly know how to read a crowd for music and make your night an awesome event. We were so lucky to have found them.

Julian was the DJ for our wedding, and he was super professional and catered to all our needs.
He even came early to scope out the place, and all the music transitions were smooth and timely.
Julian created the best atmosphere and it was exactly what we needed. Julian is the definition of amazing customer service, professional and is an amazing musician.

The first day we talked with DJ Julian we knew we were going to book him for our wedding. He asked for list of songs in advance and was very organised. We worked well together on the day when things didn't go as planned and made sure to make them come back on to track. Thank you so much for being the DJ of our wedding and being so adaptable, Julian! Julian and his band recently played at my birthday function. He was very friendly and communication was good prior to the event. I opted for the 4 hour package which worked well. They are good musicians and the female vocalist was very good. They even announced the cutting of the cake for me which was a nice addition. My guests were up and dancing and had a great night. I would recommend them for your next function.

We hired Julian to be the DJ for our wedding and he was excellent. He was super communicative in the build up to the event and took time to build a playlist that would work for family and friends. Julian performed beautiful acoustics classics at my Birthday party, which made the evening absolutely magical, and then went on to DJ, mixing all my & guests favourite tunes. Julian and his Band performed for my 50th Birthday Party in my Backyard in front of 60 of us.They were absolutely amazing. Great Song choices and created a great vibe at the Party. The vibe made sure most people got up and danced as well as singing along to the songs we were all familiar with. Julian doubled as a DJ in between sets to make sure there was music going all night. Thanks Julian so much for making it an enjoyable and memorable night. Would highly recommend you to anyone.

Julian was great - he played the songs for our ceremony, first dance, cutting of the cake the rest we left up to him- his playlist got everyone up dancing which is what we wanted it was fantastic.

Julian Thomas provided the music to make my birthday party such a success, Julian is very easy and pleasant to deal with, professional and knows how to get the guests dancing and having a great time.

Julian recently was our Dj/MC for the night of our wedding and was so lovely. He had a schedule of the day and night and softly reminded us right before each new part of the night (such as bridal party entrance, first dance, special dances, cake cutting, speeches etc). Julian also was really easy to get through to during the whole process and even helped me last second change the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to after a 12am message the night before the wedding. The music was a mix between a playlist I curated and other great songs the fit the vibe.

Julian Thomas did a 7 hour stint at Cathy's 60th Birthday recently at the Manly Yacht Club. There were a few younger ones, but the demographic was north of 50 and he catered exceptionally well to our needs. Nothing was a problem and he cheerfully provided a perfect selection of music. The lights, smoke and equipment generally was state of art. Also, his fee was way below anything we could have sourced in the northern beaches. Cathy and I would recommend him for any size group function where you want to create the mood!!

The Covers Syndicate band created such a great atmosphere with hit music from 80s, 90s and now, everyone enjoyed it so much, the dance floor was full of people the whole night, people just kept dancing one after another, a great night out, we had so much fun❤️

Overall it was an excellent fun night. The Covers Syndicate has fantastic energy & awesome singing voices. They make sure everyone has a great time!

Julian is the most amazing musician, a very friendly and professional artist that creates the perfect atmosphere for your special occasion. Playing a beautiful accoustic guitar and an amazing voice for a relaxed, happy social vibe in the afternoon. Followed by incredible DJ skills to turn the night into a disco spectacular, with an amazing display of light and spectacular sound.

Julian brought the house down at our seniors Clients Christmas Party last Thursday 5 December 2024. He got our oldies up on the dance floor and those who were unable to dance, singing & toe-tapping along to the music. We had Julian play live and Dj for my dads 80th and everyone complimented his music. The vibe was great, we had some old school music mixed in with some newer party songs and everyone was on the dance floor! Definitely recommend for your next event!

Julian was very easy to work with, super friendly, used high-quality equipment, very flexible and open to any directions and suggestions, he managed the MC role very well. He did amazing fade in and out the song when the bridesmaids and me walk down at the ceremony, it was a bit if rain and he managed the situation very well so when the rain stop we can start our ceremony straight away ,we both were singing our first dance the wireless microphone were sound amazing and at after party with lots of fun music I would strongly recommend him for DJ and MC at anyway Wedding. I had an unexpected fantastic time last night and the band performance was out of this world. They played every piece so passionately and the crowd loved the atmosphere they created.
The way they transitioned to songs to sing was seamless, and the vocalists performances drew the audience to the dance floor.
All in all, all members performed and in such vibrant and passionate way that left me with an unforgettable experience. I would love to be
in their audience when they perform again.

We had the pleasure of inviting The Covers Syndicate to play at my son‘s 21st birthday celebration. They were well received with a great variety of songs, music knowledge.
