Please provide details of any access restrictions, stairs, lifts, parking arrangements, noise restrictions or sound limiters. Where applicable, information about the venue's maximum capacity and technical facilities is also helpful.
We require suitable space for our equipment and production setup, safe and reliable electrical power, and reasonable access for loading and unloading. Where possible, parking should be available close to the venue's loading area. We also require sufficient access time before guests arrive to complete setup and technical checks. Specific requirements will depend on the event and package booked.
Setup time depends on the size and complexity of the production. Smaller setups may require approximately 1–2 hours, while larger sound, stage, lighting, streaming and multi-camera productions may require several hours. Pack-down time will similarly depend on the equipment and production requirements. We will confirm the required setup and pack-down schedule with the client before the event.
Our technical and production requirements are assessed according to the nature and scale of each event. Where specific insurance, compliance documentation, certificates or venue requirements are applicable, these can be discussed and confirmed as part of the event booking and quotation process.
