We can't recommend Dave highly enough. From start to finish he was so flexible and accommodating - at one point he even sorted out a mic stand last minute for our speeches when it wasn't originally part of the plan, and he helped our celebrant get sorted with mics too. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
The music throughout the whole day was spot on and really set the tone, the atmosphere was great from start to finish. And the smoke filled bubbles on the dance floor were such a brilliant touch, we'd never seen anything like it before and they were so much fun, everyone loved them!
Couldn't have asked for a better DJ, would recommend him to anyone.

We were absolutely delighted with David from The Party People for our wedding. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

He took the time to really understand our taste in music beforehand and did a fantastic job playing songs that suited us and our guests throughout the evening. The atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for.

On the day itself, the weather was extremely hot, and David was so accommodating and flexible about moving the music setup between inside and outside depending on where guests were gathering and where it was coolest. It really helped the day flow smoothly and kept everyone comfortable.

One especially lovely touch was the smoke and bubble machine he brought along, which the younger guests absolutely loved and which added something extra special and fun to the day.

David was also excellent at making announcements and helping guide the flow of the day, which made everything feel organised and relaxed for us.

We were extremely happy with his service and would absolutely recommend David and The Party People to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and accommodating wedding DJ.

Working with DJ Charlie was an absolute delight. His passion for music goes far beyond just playing the right song at the right time—he’s genuinely dedicated to making you feel celebrated and special on your big day. DJ Charlie and his team kept the energy alive for eight straight hours, delivering hit after hit that perfectly matched every mood throughout our beautiful wedding. Even though it was raining cats and dogs outside, the atmosphere under the tent was electric—filled with great vibes and even better music. DJ Charlie showed up dressed to the nines, fully prepared to elevate our celebration. We can’t recommend DJ Charlie and his team highly enough for any special occasion—they truly bring the magic.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you email to you following such a wonderful weekend! We had such a great time and appreciate all that you did. From the music at dinner, the microphones for the speeches to the excellent party and superb lighting it was all great! Loved that you took requests and even gave people the mic to have a karaoke, we have some great/hideous memories and videos of people singing, it’s excellent ha ha...

24 July 2025 - Chateau Destinee, Saint-Émilion, France - DJ Charlie was attentive, positive and a great deal of fun. It was very comforting to have him leading our dancing. That was particularly important to us and we were grateful to have him with us. The Sax player that he organised was incredible also and the two of them made an event that will be cherished forever. wedding at Chateau Les Crostes, Lorgues, France - Charles was amazing! He made our lives so much easier on the day of our celebration. By asking all the right questions in advance and adapting to circumstances on the day of the event as needed. Music selection fit our needs to a tee. Thanks Charles for making our day even more memorable!

We had Charlie come and do us a karaoke night the night before our wedding at chateau du doux. He was fab! He got everyone involved, including my 85 year old nana! Everyone had a fabulous night! We would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Charlie enough! From the moment we contacted him about the booking through to the wedding day, everything was extremely easy. Charlie drove a long way to be there on the day and made sure everyone was up and dancing until the early hours of the morning! So glad that we found him for our wedding day 🥰👰🏼‍♀️

Where do I even start when it comes to writing a review for Charlie. What a hero! Such a lovely, friendly bloke and a great laugh. He kept the vibes up all day for our beautiful wedding and helped make it as perfect by setting the theme to the chapel, dinner and finally the epic end to the night on the dance floor. He played all our favourite songs, and knew exactly when to drop a cheesy classic to get absolutely everyone dancing. Such good memories and we’re still laughing about it now. Were a wild bunch, but Charlie was in full force all night, on form and with a big smile on his face. He’s a true professional, a gent and worth every penny. Can’t say enough good words. If you’ve picked him as a DJ you’ve made the right choice! 🙌🏻

Fantastic DJ! Charlie asked if we wanted any songs in particular & played a great mix of new stuff & the classics. A packed dance floor all night- guests didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend

We used Charlie for our wedding and the entire experience was amazing. Working with Charlie was simple and stress free. He communicated very quickly and even worked with us when we ran into some logistical issues. When it came to the party he definitely delivered. We gave him a long list of songs and he was able to fit them all in and kept everyone dancing the entire night. Charlie was a very nice guy and easy to work with. I would not hesitate using him for any function I have and I would recommend him to anyone.
