Mel on double bass and Non and Martin on the violin met over twenty years ago as students at London's top conservatoires. Since then a loyal friendship and musical collaboration has continued under Trilogy Strings.
We are talented and professional musicians with a wealth of experience. Between us we have appeared, toured and recorded with Sting, Ed Sheeran, Elton John, One Direction, Ellie Goulding, Pete Tong, Paloma Faith and Rod Stewart to name but a few. We bring a unique mixture of sounds and musical styles tailored to meet the feel of your event and the inclinations of you and your guests. Trilogy Strings are in great demand and are highly experienced in organising and performing at live events. Trilogy Strings regularly perform at London's most popular wedding venues such as The Dorchester, Chelsea Old Town Hall, Mandarin Oriental and The Landmark London. As professional musicians we also perform with the country's major orchestras playing in the UK and touring all over the world. We regularly play with the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, BBC Symphony and Concert Orchestras and London Philharmonic Orchestra.
Based in London, Trilogy Strings are also happy to travel to your event. We can provide a duo (violin and double bass), a trio (two violins and double bass) or if you would prefer four musicians we can provide a string quartet with double bass. All of our musicians are classically trained to the highest standard, with a wealth of experience in playing all repertoire from baroque music to pop and rock. We will work with you on each detail, including professional presentation and repertoire, making sure that we create the perfect atmosphere for your event.
