The "UTOPIA" Band is the premier customer focused Dance and Show Band. Utopia consist of an ensemble of uniquely talented performers and a culmination of some of the mid-south's most respected, experienced and exciting professional musicians. Utopia has over 30 years of experience in providing professional entertainment.
Utopia will help you customize the music for your event. Excitement, exceptional musical arrangements, diversity and showmanship are UTOPIA's forte.

We request a minimum performance space or stage 16 ft across and 12 ft deep. We require at least 4 x 110 socket outlets or 2 x 20 amp circuits, located within 30 feet of the performance area.
We need the address of the venue , 3 dedicated parking spaces and load in information.
We provide our own professional sound equipment and stage lighting .
We provide recorded music or music from Pandora prior to the start of the event, if requested. We also provide during band breaks or let the customer provide the music. We can also provide DJ service if requested by the Customer, for an additional fee to be determined with the customer.
We have performed at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville TN for the State of Tennessee Shriners Convention. The best venue is the Von Bruan Center in Huntsville AL
Wedding Receptions and Music Festivals
Started performing at 9 years old, formed a combo in Junior high school and we performed during high school on a wide scale basis including 4 different states an 2 TV show appearances. I played in the Austin Peay University Band and several bands during the summers while in College. Have had the experience of performing with James Brown, in concerts with The Commodores and more.

We prefer access to the event space 2-3 hours prior to the start of the event. To allow sufficient time for set-up, sound check and change of clothing prior to the performance.
We enjoy performing for outside events, but request for shade, not directly facing the sun, a flat surface, sufficient power supply within 100 feet of the performance area.
We will learn up to 3 specific songs given a minimum of 1 month notification prior to the event. We allow and encourage the customer to pick a maximum of 15 specific songs from our entire repertoire for us to perform at the event.
Great to work with, a audience engaging very professional talented group that keeps the audience dancing the entire event. Able to play well known hits that any adult age group can recognize and enjoy.
