A PA system at the venue if amplification is needed for the saxophone. Otherwise, a speaker for the backing music to be played from. (I can provide a very small bluetooth speaker if needed)

I’ve really enjoyed playing with DJ’s. But also the house parties, weddings, and corporate events I’ve played have been enjoyable in their own ways. Playing on a hotel rooftop was cool.

I’ve been gigging since I moved to Austin 5 years ago.

Set up 10 mins or less, but aim to arrive 15-30 mins early depending on the event and logistics. Most common performance length is 1.5-2 hours. It all just depends on whether this is background music or the main event; whether there is a DJ or band, etc.

Happy to play wherever as long as it’s not raining.

I’m very flexible and do not have many (if any) songs completely memorized. I specialize in improvising and playing along to whatever genres and songs the booker wants. I am able to learn a couple specific requests given enough heads up.
