Review Centre: Singer / Songwriters

"I am fortunate to have been introduced to Brendan in Darwin when I was practicing a song I had to sing at an Irish event at The Darwin Entertainment Centre. I had to sing a song in Irish and Brendan accompanied me beautifully on guitar. He worked his magic to make the song ‘Buachaill Ón Éirne’ sound haunting and beautiful. He is an amazing guitarist and anything I’ve ever heard him sing and play has been done exceptionally well. Brendan is an absolute pleasure to be around and brightens up any room. He almost makes his guitar talk. I would highly recommend him to sing and play guitar at any event, be it in the corner of a quiet cafe, in a casual market place, at a corporate dinner or a hell raising session in a pub - to name just a few places. If you choose to hire Brendan, you certainly won’t be disappointed. "

"I booked Ant to surprise my boyfriend with a marriage proposal on 7th Feb 2021. He was so professional, friendly and down to earth. Great communication & flexibility before the event. It went absolutely perfectly, how I dreamed and he even learned a new song for us. His voice was beautiful and bless his fingers turning purple in the icy cold wind. "Chris was absolutely brilliant! One month on and guests are still commenting at how he made the day! I booked Chris last minute and he was able to learn some of our favourite songs and you'd of thought he had known them for years, very professional! Highly recommend if looking for something special for your day!"

"I have to say that I was very happy that I hired Jeff for my event. Jeff was early, professional, set up shop and played for hours with a great variety of song choices. Since our event was spread around a large area, it was fun to hear Jeff's singing as I went from one area to another in the afternoon. He certainly kept the crowd entertained and relaxed... I would definitely hire Jeff again! "

"Brian R. 5.0 Rehearsal Dinner Reviewed on: 10/15/2024 Ross Mcginnes was the consummate professional. He played at my Son and Daughter in Laws welcome party in August and everyone is still talking about him. His talent and song selection was incredible. There were many challenges that night due to streets being closed down for a block party in Gloucester. Ross managed through the challenges and performed flawlessly, with a smile on his face, the whole evening. I would highly recommend Ross for any type of event. He really read the room and crowd well! My only regret was that we didn’t hire him for the cocktail hour for the wedding, the next day. Looking forward to seeing him at the Cliff House this fall!"
