"We were fortunate enough to have Jamie play at our summer garden party in Sandwich in August 2025. Firstly Jamie is a very likeable and engaging person. Secondly, he's a great sax player. Together that makes for a winning combination! The professional manner in which he handled our booking enquiry was excellent and any questions I raised were answered promptly. On the night he turned up early and was ready to play as guests arrived. The sets Jamie played perfectly matched the brief we had given him and additionally he had learnt three songs I requested as a surprise for my wife which, I'm pleased to say, earnt me considerable brownie points! The evening was a real success and Jamie was a major contributing factor. On the night, he/we received many complimentary remarks and we have subsequently received several thank you notes from guests, all of which made mention of the great sax player!"

We were delighted by her professionalism, her understanding of our needs, and her openness to interpreting new pieces dear to the hearts of the bride and groom. "Talented, Kind, and Professional We hired The Sidewalk Crusaders to play at our 10-year anniversary event. Peter and Co. were everything we wanted and more! Quick to respond to questions, provided all the needed info, punctual, and most importantly were beyond talented musicians that brought our evening to life. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with their performances. We’d asked them to do covers of two (very different) songs, which were to play at specific times during our ceremony, and they were able to perform them beautifully and exactly how we’d envisioned it. Their ability to play a variety of songs and improvise on the spot was also very impressive. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys for helping making our night so memorable!"

When our timeline ran behind on the wedding day, he was extremely accommodating and flexible, which helped take so much stress off our shoulders. His talent is amazing, our guests couldn't stop talking about how he could play virtually any genre and how incredible he sounded throughout the event. He was also happy to learn and perform specific songs we requested, which made the experience even more personal and memorable. The value he brought to our wedding was worth far more than what he charged. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his performance and the atmosphere he created. "My Experience working with DJ Alex was the best! Communicating I feel was the easiest thing to do. His quality and his style was the best , family and friends compliment his vibe and the music during cocktail hour and the rest of the night. He spend hours with us on the phone talking about the perfect setlist we wanted! Loved all the music we wanted for our special day. As well as the small details intro songs being on point on time. He also showed up early to set up and was ready to go hours before the event! Would definitely recommend him to friends and family for their special days!"
