I started gigging as a saxophone player first, then started adding bass, keyboards and DJing. It's been a process, but I enjoy all kinds of music making, it makes it more fun and challenging. I like to keep learning new things.

I typically arrive at least 2 hours before start time for setup and I stay for the duration of the event.
I am happy to play outside but I ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

I have some longer mixes that allow me to leave my DJ post for a little bit and go out in the crowd with my sax. At other times I might just feel the song in the moment and play sax along to it behind the DJ decks. It depends on the situation.
