I had an event which had our sales organization from around the US congregating to learn more about their business. Yes, I know it sounds boring. I needed somebody who would live up our event and Alex made it happen. He got everybody into a mala mood at the Koch reception and once that was over, he cranked out the tunes on his DJ equipment. Lots of fun and he has my appreciation and hearty recommendation.

My Experience working with DJ Alex was the best! Communicating I feel was the easiest thing to do. His quality and his style was the best , family and friends compliment his vibe and the music during cocktail hour and the rest of the night. He spend hours with us on the phone talking about the perfect setlist we wanted! Loved all the music we wanted for our special day. As well as the small details intro songs being on point on time. He also showed up early to set up and was ready to go hours before the event! Would definitely recommend him to friends and family for their special days!

I cannot recommend DJ Alex Sax enough. From our first call two months before my 50th birthday party, he was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely invested in understanding my vision and the vibe I wanted for each part of the evening. Our planning conversations were easy and collaborative, and he asked great questions I hadn’t thought of that ended up making a big difference.
Communicating my vision felt effortless. I shared a playlist to give him a sense of my taste, and he executed it with precision while also reading the room and adapting in real time. From the moment guests arrived, the energy was elevated. The music set the tone perfectly and kept building throughout the night in a way that felt natural and fun.
What stood out most was how well he read the crowd. I had guests ranging in age from 12 to 88, and every single person had a blast. People were dancing, smiling, and engaged the entire evening. One of my favorite moments was his idea to play saxophone during “Happy Birthday,” and helping me pick the perfect song to follow it. That moment landed perfectly and became a highlight of the night.

Working with Alex was wonderful from start to finish. Communication was easy, and I felt completely comfortable sharing our vision for the day. An Absolute Must-Hire! Choosing Alex as our wedding DJ was an important decision as he was going to set the tone for our wedding reception. I got the chance to work with Alex at a recent wedding. I was completely surprised with how everyone received the melodic sounds of an instrument coming from somewhere. As the ceremony came together even I was surprised to see a Sax player performing live music as the guests were being seated. I have photographed weddings all over the state and it was very refreshing to see a musician at wedding. Alex knew how to mix the mood with his music and hit all the right notes for the guests as well as the bride and groom. During dancing and reception he played his sax on the dancefloor and everyone was hype. It made my job so much easier. I would absolutely recommend him to any couple getting married or even a date night in the city. I would be happy to see Alex at a wedding, I know the dancefloor will be packed.

Alex is a fantastic DJ, producer, saxophonist, bassist and overall musician. Saw him perform yesterday at House of Blues, Anaheim, CA, and was blown away. Highly recommended.

Alex absolutely crushed both DJing and the live sax for our wedding on 9/20 at Marianmade Farm in Wiscasset, ME! He was great during the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception (dance party). And he was super flexible as far as playing songs on our list at different moments when the timing was right. So many of our guests commented on how great he was! I would strongly recommend hiring him for your next wedding or event, he’s a great guy and entertainer!

Alex is not only a great saxophone player but a talented DJ, emcee, and audio engineer. I’ve seen him work his magic at live events and he crushes it! I hired Alex to produce a track and he did a great job! He was fast and made sure I was completely happy with the track before he stopped working on it. His audio engineering skills also make him a great dj because he knows how to produce good songs. As a saxophone player I know that he is a top tier sax player as well. 100% would recommend him for audio work or live events!
