"Rory opened our wedding party in London with his incredible saxophone skills, giving a skilful and energetic performance to start the night with style. His jazzy tones playing over a mix of modern day classics from Smooth Operator to Despacito put smiles on the faces of every guest. Rory played a solo set for an hour and a half but also jumped on his feet and grabbed his sax to play along to some of the DJs set throughout the night giving the crowd of dancers a musical treat every time he did. Many guests commented on how friendly and talented he was and I would highly recommend him for anyone considering Rory for their future celebrations."

"Through the 11 years that I have known Rory both as a friend and colleague, I have found him to possess many excellent qualities. He is extremely organised and pays close attention to detail. I have worked in his band Diaspora since 2013 and found him to be very efficient in running his production company Red & Black Music. The events are always diligently co-ordinated with all the operational info sent out well in advance, so we always know what to expect. I have found Rory to be very reliable and always keeps his word. I think he would be a great asset to any music or arts organisation. He has a wealth of knowledge to impart to peers from his years of music-making. His approach is fun and engaging whilst bringing lots of ideas to the table."

"Wonderful Experience! We had a wonderful experience with Mad Mix International DJ Productions! We were married on 11/07/2020 with all of our constant changes due to Covid throughout the year Henry was super flexible and accommodating with all of our date changes and an almost possible venue change. We were so lucky to have been able to have our wedding at Tunxis Country Club and the music provided by this vendor was great! All of our guests had a great time dancing the night away, from throwback music to current music they had it all! Would absolutely recommend!!"

"Thank you for everything you and The Latin Formula did at Café Con Ron. From our very first call, I felt the energy was exactly right, you immediately understood what we were trying to create and came back with great options on how to deliver it in a way that felt authentic. That made the whole process easy and genuinely enjoyable from the start. Across all four days you were consistently fantastic: always on time, kind, respectful, and dressed perfectly for the space. I also really appreciated how flexible and accommodating you were with playing acoustically and adapting to how we wanted the music to sit within the experience. Most importantly, you entertained the guests brilliantly. You got people singing, dancing, and fully in the moment and the feedback we had from guests (and from the client) was genuinely amazing. Your performances played a huge part in making the activation feel alive, welcoming, and memorable. Thank you again, Miguel. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’d love to find ways to collaborate again in the future. Very best,"

"Jesper Hedegaard is almost more Brazilian than Danish. Since 1976, he has devoted his life to Brazilian music, has grown together with the part of it that builds a bridge to jazz. He is a well-known and treasured musician in Brazil and a tireless communicator of the rich Brazilian music in Denmark without, moreover, making a bigger being out of himself. It's the music - that's what it's all about. This is clearly reflected on his latest CD, a modest affair of just over half an hour. The beautiful trio playing with drummer Magno Bissoli and bassist Sidiel Vieira shows Hedegaard at home in the rich borderland between Brazilian and jazz. Apart from two of his own compositions, Jesper Hedegaard plays with a trio of compositions by Lúcio Alves, Ary Barroso, Tom Jobim, Bruno Martino and Bruno Brighetti. Beautiful and endearing with a restraint that helps build tension that sharpens attention. During the apparently effortless, elegantly swinging playing, a dialogue unfolds between the three musicians, which sharpens the desire for more than the record's 33 minutes. However, Bissoli is sometimes so discreet in his playing that he almost disappears. A pity, because here one of Brazil's best and most generous musicians could give the music more edge. It's a trio with great potential. Hopefully the three of them will continue together and make an announcement soon."

"I had an awesome birthday party thanks to the Latin Formula. The communication with the group before the event was impeccable, and I felt at ease immediately. During the event, the band was awesome and had the room dancing immediately. Had such a great time thanks to these guys, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a latin band."

"Very Enjoyable! I am a drummer with an extensive background in jazz as well as pop, rock, blues, and standards. I have heard Dan play numerous times at various venues, and he is great! Mainly classic jazz and standards, plus contemporary tunes in his “Wes Montgomery-esque” style. Plus, he’s a really great guy, very personable. Hire this guy, you won’t be disappointed!!"
