Yes. A soundcheck of approximately 60–90 minutes should be scheduled before doors open.

The promoter provides all backline equipment specified in the Technical Rider unless otherwise agreed.

The promoter must notify the artist in advance so that an alternative solution can be agreed upon.

If required by local law, the promoter provides invitation letters and supporting documents necessary for visa or work permit applications.

Yes. Bottled still water should be available on stage for all performers.

Yes, solely for promoting the specific event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If merchandise sales are planned, the promoter should provide a suitable space. Any commission on sales must be agreed in advance.

In the event of cancellation by the Promoter, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable and will be retained by the Artist as compensation for reserving the performance date and for work already undertaken in preparation for the engagement.

Any additional cancellation terms shall be governed by the Performance Agreement.

The promoter should provide a detailed schedule in advance, including load-in, soundcheck, performance, and load-out times.
