"Cara, just wow, honestly one of the most professional, versatile and adaptive singers I have come across. Not to mention her soul stopping voice! I’ve had to do a few events before and she is by far the most perfect entertainer. She made quite a niche plan (involving fancy dress, barges and fire!) completely feasible and all without batting an eye lid, especially impressive as she only found out there and then the full plan. It goes without saying that she has got true talent. Further the diverse requests were all met with such ease and at times she didn’t even need music! So straight forward, very responsive and approachable, with all her own equipment, Cara will honestly make your event a special memory and with such ease! Thank you Cara! Tom had a timeless send off! "

"This review is LONG over due as Makaio absolutely MADE our cocktail reception complete. I had visions of a lounge atmosphere and wanted it to be a surprise for the guests. Mak played along the entire time to the point of actually getting some silverware for one of our guests before we announced "does anyone else want to say anything" and he seamlessly broke out into my favorite standard "The Way You Look Tonight". He incorporated all our favorites as well as our guests requests. He even remembered I had some Parrotheads in the room and threw in some Buffet :) all this then drove back to the city from Indiana in a snow storm. I love his sound and I swear he sang for 3 hours straight. Honored a clip from our event is on his web page. We loved him. Book him, you will not be disappointed."

"I worked with this duo as a wedding planner for an elegant wedding in Rome, and I can say they are among the best professionals I’ve ever collaborated with. Punctual, well-prepared, impeccable in both communication and performance. Their music gave the ceremony a unique character, turning every moment into a small emotional tableau. The musicians were top-class professionals, and the experience was interactive: as well as the traditional flamenco show, we booked the introductory workshop where they taught us how to clap and do some simple steps – it was great fun. It was a real pleasure to have the artists up close and to enjoy their warmth and friendliness. My wife certainly had a fantastic start to her 60th birthday."

"We had Lucinda and Laurice (piano accompaniment on select songs) playing at our wedding and it was amazing! They brought so much atmosphere to the ceremony with their lovely tunes. They even had rehearsed a request-song which was definitely not the easiest to play. From the moment we had reached out to Lucinda it all felt very good and correct, the communication was great and very clear. "Livi was excellent to work with from beginning to end. She confirmed the event the same day, communicated clearly throughout, and was proactive in organising details, including liaising directly with the accompanist and arranging a run through/sound check in advance. She was punctual, well prepared, and even learned a new song specifically for our event. Her fee was very reasonable for the quality of performance delivered. On the day, her voice completely held the room and people were very moved by her. Her tone is pure and melodic, creating a calm, immersive atmosphere that we could get lost and reflect in. Alongside her obvious talent, Livi is a warm, genuine, and kind professional, making her an absolute pleasure to work with.
