Review Centre: Acoustic Bands

"For our after-party, we wanted a jazzy casino party and so we looked at a couple of jazz bands to help us create the vibe we were looking for. Train Jazz Band has an amazing repertoire (all the good classics!) and the samples on their website show how great performers they are. On the wedding day, they were absolutely spectacular. The samples online, as great as they are, don't do justice to their live performance. We and our guests had such a good time. Our wedding after-party wouldn't have been the same without them! We highly recommend their services!"

"We hired the Left Coast Quintet to play for our wedding just before COVID shut everything down in March 2020. We originally booked them for 11/11/20. As I'm sure everyone can relate to, as the date got closer we became less hopeful about things changing and we knew we would need to postpone. We changed our date to July 2021 and then even changed our venue and throughout all of our changes, Dan was flexible, kind and assured us he would be available during our new date. As our date got closer, he offered feedback based on the little information I provided for what we wanted and on our big day the ceremony music was even more amazing than I ever imagined possible. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how great the music was! I also love this picture they snapped of us during our ceremony, it's incredibly special to see how it all looked from their point of view! All in all, I would highly recommend the Left Coast Quintet to anyone who is looking for an extra special touch for their wedding. "We had Igor and Mathew (2 person band - Piano + stand up bass) play during my mother’s 65th birthday celebration at a restaurant with about 80+ guests. I can’t tell you enough how much everyone appreciated and enjoyed their performance and music. They sound so amazing, playing perfectly as the party went on. They played passive jazz with a mix of bossa nova which were a perfect blend for our theme and guests. Igor and his band were very professional, on time, flexible, and very patient with our loud and crowded guests. He is easy to communicate with and is very transparent and clear. Music wise, I couldn’t believe we were able to have this band play for us as they were nothing short from perfect. Amazing people"

"Jazz Centrale provided the music for our wedding reception. We chose an all-around jazz trio with saxophone and highly recommend them! We received many compliments from our guests, and we couldn't agree more. Jazz Centrale is professional, and we found the (quick!) communication with Kars very pleasant. "After seeing Ant at a friends party, we were really impressed and took his card and after seeing him again at a later date at The Ship in Marlow and we thought, it must have been meant to be and hired him to play at our wedding! Little did we know a global pandemic would get in the way but two years later he was still available and happy to play for us. He had a great repertoire and managed to learn two songs for us (one literally two weeks before the big day!) Ant played for us at our reception and our first set in the evening so everyone got to enjoy some live music and also hear some chilled music as well as some more evening/upbeat songs in the evening. We can't wait to see him play again. "

"Just sat in the departure lounge ready to go off on our honeymoon and feel compelled to leave a review on behalf of myself and my wife and our wedding party. Ben performed along side myself at our wedding yesterday and I could not of asked for a more talented guitarist to play alongside myself not only did we receive a standing ovation the performance was still being talked about through out the whole day.
