Knowing what we wanted, and our preferences in terms of music and shows, they arranged a selected group of professionals to deliver an amazing performance. "I was terrified of trying this class - I'm older than I expected to be and I have been halfhearted in workouts for years - but Kat was GREAT! She has an amazing way of being really educational and supportive while also not letting you slack off on your positioning. Her classes are beautifully structured so that you start easy and move toward more challenging work, all the while to great tunes. I know more about how my body works and moves and it's been amazing. I'm more limber, my body is more streamlined and I am hooked on Kat's class. She's super-patient with all my questions and always has time to help. I strongly, strongly recommend!"

"Kat's classes are always amazing. She is always so creative in her choreography, music choices and style. She really takes time to break the routine down so that even if you are a real beginner, you don't feel lost! She makes the class fun and she makes you feel comfortable, even while she is focused on giving you great critiques and helping you improve your technique. Killer abs work out. If you want a tight tummy, she will help you get there."
