"People at my party still think it was the real Bruno Mars. Johnny was such a nice guy and had the crowd dancing the whole time he was there. He sounds like Bruno and moves like Bruno. I want to have him come to all our parties now! Wow! What an event we had thanks to Johnny!"

"Hi Bertie We're both still decompressing from our wedding day but I wanted to drop you a note to say a massive thank you for Saturday. Your set on the lawn was our absolutely favourite part of the day, and a lot of people have said the same! "we have just returned from a five day cruise which was 1st class especially the team of entertainers. The Laurel and Hardy Tribute Act were absolutely wonderful mixing with passengers, providing non stop close up magic all day every day .and all in character. Some of the reactions to their skills produced the best photographs, especially from the dance team leader who could not believe what she saw happen with her very eyes. A magical moment to treasure . I believe there are one or two pictures on Rob Grahams Facebook file "

"James was brilliant to work with from the start and very clear and helpful about what the act involved etc. James was also professional and flexible when we were faced with some unexpected venue issues. All of our guests had a fantastic time, and James was a complete riot. We would definitely book Elberace again, highly recommended and great value! (10 / 10) "

"Johnny “Bruno Mars” Rico delivered! He came all the way from LA to El Cajon and made my girlfriends birthday a blast! He mixed so well with our family and friends that they are still talking about it and will be for years to come! I highly suggest him. He had the look, the clothes, the mannerisms and the voice. This was such an incredible event and Johnny made it exceptional!"

"We booked Elberace for Medway Pride 2021, and we were thrilled. We could not fault his professionalism his work ethic and the high energy performance. He wowed the crowd and had them up and dancing for the entire time he was on. After this performance despite being shattered he found time to meet his fans and have photos taken. We definitely will be booking him again! (10 / 10)"

"James Haslam is a consummate performer, and the fact that he shows great skill and flair when he is on stage proves he is demonstrating a sincere homage and respect for the real Elvis. It is no surprise that he won a Diversity Award at the recent Porthcawl Elvis Festival. James’s rapport with the audience is immediate encouraging enthusiastic participation – bringing nearly all his audience onto his stage. It’s all there: the gyrating hips, the lip curl, the arm movements, the shaking of the torso. This is an act of pure robust energy performed in a unique style. Upbeat, joyful and immense fun. Elberace works because Haslam has studied the man, the legend, and what Elvis stood for as an exceptional showman and the ‘King of Vegas’. Stand out numbers include Walk A Mile In My Shoes and Suspicious Minds. A fabulous show – and I’m sure James’s star will rise to great heights on the current cabaret circuit (10 / 10) "

"Beetlejuice was great! He had the look, the voice and the personality. We were a tough crowd (lawyers mostly) and he didn't hesitate to give us all a little bit of hell. Really great. Would hire again. "
