"Omega Design Events, arrived on time, sanitized the rentals including our tables, We rented Castle Mania Bounce House, generator, tables and chairs for my grandson 2nd birthday. The kids had a blast probably the most fun they have had at a party ! Professional and confirmed a couple days before the event date and 24 hours before. They were also flexible with adding more tables and chairs last min. I will be renting from Omega Design Events again and encourage everyone else too also."

"J'ai loué un grand chapiteau, des tables et des chaises environ une semaine avant mon événement. La plupart des prestataires étaient complets en raison des nombreuses cérémonies de remise de diplômes. Omega Design Events a répondu présent et a tout livré directement chez moi ! Ils ont fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme, étaient très sympathiques et proposaient des tarifs vraiment intéressants !! Je ferai sans aucun doute de nouveau appel à eux pour mes futures fêtes !!"

"Nous avons engagé un groupe de mariachis pour animer notre événement culturel scolaire. Ils ont fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. La communication avec eux lors de l'organisation a été facile, ils sont arrivés à l'heure et se sont montrés très flexibles et arrangeants. Ils étaient très sympathiques et leur musique était magnifique ! Notre école a vraiment apprécié leur prestation. "Maurice was an absolute pleasure to work with and his team's work was beautiful! We had to discuss the stage decoration designs over the phone since we were located far away and couldn't meet in person, and we gave them a single picture and they recreated it perfectly without a single fault. Their prices were reasonable and competitive, and their timing & work ethic was amazing as well. They had everything ready on time and waited until the very last guests started to leave before they even began the breakdown process - they never once rushed us. Now coming to the decor itself - it exceeded every one of our expectations and many of our guests gave compliments on the decorations being the highlight of the event. You cannot go wrong with Omega Design Events and we would be happy to have them handle decor for any future events!"

"I engaged GK Electronics to run an international psychotherapy conference for me in June 2023 at Polhawn Fort in Cornwall, and from the very first conversation with Gary, I was sure they were the right team/company for the job. Gary was very clear in talking me through all the various options, and listening to my requirements and needs. I explained that as a therapist, academic and event planner I had no knowledge of anything technical and from that point on Gary made sure he spoke about the technical aspects in a way I would understand and be able to follow. The 3 day event was very complex, not least because it involved a range of speakers, using different platforms and formats for their presentations, a number of workshops we needed specialist audio visuals for, and a marquee where the keynote lectures would take place. We also needed to film the event to make CPD packages to sell after the conference and so the weather was a big factor in deciding where the main programme would take place. If we filmed inside the fort it would be a very different venue to prepare for with low vaulted ceilings and pillars to work around. The marquee was easier but if it rained it would have made filming difficult, so the decision on which space to stage the event in needed to be last minute. Gary and his team member Nick were so accommodating for this, and planned for every eventuality. The venue was on a peninsular cliff edge and so required them to transport all the equipment to the bottom lawn to be set up either in the main fort or the marquee. Fortunately the weather was favourable and so we did the entire conference in the marquee, but this required them to set up screens, a stage, lighting and sound equipment. They had a complete deck of controls and used this skilfully across the weekend to make sure the sound was always at an optimum level and working well. They were so patient and considerate of the needs of the conference to meet a range of delegates with disabilities, such as hearing impairments, and sight issues. Both Gary and Nick paid great attention to detail, and helped each of the speakers feel safe and secure in delivering their presentations, because of their expertise and advance planning. This in turn made me feel confident and secure in the knowledge that I had amazing technical support available 24/7 throughout the event. I could not have pulled off this event without the skills and support of GK Electronics and am so grateful to both Gary and Nick for their ability to be flexible, technically amazing and relaxed and easy going too. I would recommend them 100% and will certainly be using them again in future. Wonderful people and a great package of expertise and friendly support. "

"Les ballons, les centres de table et la toile de fond étaient magnifiques ! Élégants, de bon goût et parfaits ! Les centres de table étaient suffisamment grands pour créer une présence, mais pas trop grands pour ne pas gêner la vue. La toile de fond était exactement du rose doré que je souhaitais et, sur les photos, la couleur ressortait vraiment ! De nombreuses personnes ont complimenté la salle. Merci beaucoup !"

"The best bar service, Nonny the Manager was so understanding, sent out request for a quote to 6 bar service companies in Durban and Black Tie was the only one who sent me costings in less than an hour and she did not turn us down when we told her our budget was lower than the cost, she did the whole thing for a lesser fee and she said we should treat it as a wedding gift."

"We are renting with them for a birthday party (45-55 ppl). Maurice and his team have been communicative and helpful, from helping figure out a good sized tent for our space (with good rate packages) to quick and cheerful set up the day before. The 20x20 tent is really good quality, and they were able to keep it in a small footprint using both stakes and barrels. I will absolutely work with this company again for future events and highly recommend them."
