Photo of Evie Ingles Evie Ingles "I booked Evie as a wedding surprise for my husband and family, and she was spectacular! She even travelled all the way to Buxton for our special day. Nobody else knew I had booked her, as she worked closely and secretly with just me ahead of time to plan the perfect surprise. Together, we custom-curated a setlist of songs that are incredibly close to our hearts. This required her to learn music she had never even heard of before, including a beautiful version of our first dance and the song from my in-laws' own wedding first dance. This made the performance deeply personal to us. Her performance, combining gorgeous singing with solo sax segments, was a massive hit and got everyone dancing. We received so many compliments from our guests, and she helped create a truly special memory for our family. We all loved her!" From the first song to the last, they absolutely nailed it. The energy in the room was amazing — you could tell they weren’t just playing songs, they were putting on a proper show. The vocals were spot on and the setlist was perfect for the crowd. Every song had people singing along, dancing, or filming because it was just that good 🤘🎸 🥁" Based in Birmingham, England 18th March 2026 Diane Corkin Photo of The Smooth Criminals Party Band The Smooth Criminals Party Band "I cannot put into words how fantastic you guys were, from not only singing our first dance, but as we couldn't make up our minds you performed two for us, not to mention the rest of your set. We had a fantastic day but you took it to another level, to see all our friends & family dancing & enjoying themselves because of you is just amazing, hopefully see you again soon..." We booked Coaster for our end of season awards night. We didn't have as many attendees as planned but Stu and his gang still pulled off 2 great sets. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Warm regards Tony *****" Based in Birmingham, England Tony - Event in Astonfields Road, Stafford Photo of Megan Kate - Wedding and Events Singer Megan Kate - Wedding and Events Singer "If you are thinking of having a singer at your wedding or event you need Megan! She sang all day at our wedding (February 2022) and completely transformed the day. She added so much emotion with her incredible voice! So many of our guests commented on how beautifully she sang each part of our day. She was available whenever we needed leading up to the wedding, meeting us at our venue and planning each part of our day to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble and she honestly bent over backwards to accommodate us, especially after having to change our original date 3 times! We cannot thank you enough Megan xx" Based in Birmingham, England Sarah & David - Wedding Photo of Decades Band Decades Band "Booked the band after our original band cancelled at the last minute!! Wow, fantastic night had by all, would definitely recommend the Decades band." Based in Birmingham, England Paula Block - Wedding

Frequently asked questions

The average price for 1990s era musicians & bands on Gig Heaven is currently £600, with prices ranging from £120 to £2,100+. Pricing typically depends on band size, performance length and whether the act includes a DJ set alongside live music. Most acts specialise in Britpop, dance, R&B and rock anthems from the decade, so listening to profile samples is a good way to compare what each performer offers.

The 1990s era musicians & bands cover the diverse genres of the 1990s including Britpop, grunge, R&B, dance, hip hop, indie and pop. Some bands focus on a particular 90s genre, while others offer a broad mix of the decade's biggest chart hits to appeal to a wide audience.

Common events for 1990s era musicians & bands include themed parties, weddings, corporate events, birthday celebrations and festival stages. The 1990s is often considered a golden era for popular music, and its songs remain widely recognised and loved across different age groups.

Most bookings for 1990s era musicians & bands cover two to three hours, divided into sets with breaks. The wide range of 1990s genres, from Britpop to dance anthems, means sets can be tailored to the audience and the mood of the event. It is worth discussing timing and set structure when making an enquiry.

Many 1990s era musicians & bands can extend their setlist to include songs from the late 1980s and early 2000s to keep the dance floor going. Some bands also cover current hits alongside their core 90s repertoire. To get the best results, discuss setlist preferences with the band when making an enquiry.

Most 1990s era musicians & bands are self-contained and provide their own PA system, instruments and amplification for standard event spaces. For larger venues or outdoor events, additional sound equipment may be required. It is a good idea to confirm technical and staging needs with the band before booking.
