Photo of Enrico Enrico "Enrico party band played an instrumental guitar set for around four hours at our symbolic wedding in Florence. They really helped making our day a special and memorable event. Their perfromance and guitar playing wete excellent and they played all the songs we had wished for. They also arrived early (driving from Modena) in order to set up their equipment as well as practice some musical pieces with a friend of ours. Very dedicated to do a good job. Can’t recommend them enough!" Based in Playa Blanca, Canary Islands (110 miles from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) 7th May 2026 Marco - The Irish Rover Photo of G Clef - Harmony between strings G Clef - Harmony between strings "G Clef was an amazing Duo. They were great to work with. I am in Canada and met with them online to discuss my vision of the proposal, which would take place in Portugal. I sent them the 3 songs I wanted them to sing during the proposal. 2 of the songs they did not know, but they spent the time to learn them. As they were learning the new songs, they even created a demo of the 3 songs I requested so I could hear how they sounded. I was impressed. The proposal took place in a cave that is only accessible by boat from Armacao de Pera. The duo had to meet the boat crew ahead of time and get dropped off in the cave, which gave them time to set up. They brought a battery-powered amplifier for the guitar and vocals. Everything worked out perfectly. This group was great to work with and sounded excellent; they even performed an additional song of their choice, which was a perfect fit for the moment. I would highly recommend them for any event you have planned." Based in Loulé, Faro, Portugal (758 miles from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) Derek Erickson - Marriage Proposal Photo of Rosalina Assanali & Banda Rosalina Assanali & Banda "Rosalina and her band were absolutely fantastic at our wedding and created a perfect playlist of songs that were performed to perfection. Thank you Rosalina!" Based in Setúbal, Portugal (812 miles from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) Issy - Casamento Photo of Bemquerê Bemquerê "Diogo and the crew were great, took care of everything for the organisation of the even when we were away from Portugal. Super flexible on the day and awesome music, the guests all really enjoyed the vibe!" Frequently asked questions

The average cost of hiring acoustic bands is €500, with prices from €150 to €1,800+. Pricing depends on the number of band members, performance duration and whether additional equipment such as a PA system is included. Acoustic bands vary widely in line-up, from duos to larger ensembles, and this is typically the biggest factor in cost.

The acoustic bands for hire perform a wide range of genres in an acoustic or unplugged style, including pop, rock, folk, indie, country and classic hits. The acoustic format gives songs a more intimate and relaxed feel, making it a versatile choice for many types of events.

Common events for acoustic bands include weddings, drinks receptions, garden parties, intimate corporate events, restaurants and venues with noise restrictions. The softer acoustic sound allows guests to enjoy live music while still being able to hold conversations.

The acoustic bands on Gig Heaven range from solo acoustic performers and duos up to full acoustic ensembles of four or five musicians. A smaller act suits intimate settings, while a larger group provides a fuller sound. Many acts offer flexible line-up options depending on the event.

Many acoustic bands offer the flexibility to switch between acoustic and amplified sets during an event. This allows the music to start quietly during dinner or drinks and build in energy later in the evening. It is worth discussing this option with the band when making an enquiry.

Some acoustic bands perform entirely unplugged and need no power at all, while others use small amplifiers or microphones that require a standard power outlet. For outdoor events, a portable power source may be needed. It is a good idea to confirm any power requirements with the band before the event.
