Jazz Lovers Events
"We hired Marie's trio for a private concert (our wedding dinner on October 21, 2023). Everything was perfect! The quality of the performance, the choice of songs (very well suited to the event and greatly appreciated by all the guests), the ease of communication with Marie beforehand and on the day itself, the kindness of all the musicians. We very warmly recommend Jazz Lovers Events :-)"
Alexandre
"Alexandre was incredibly helpful and professional in helping me set up a gig in Paris. I had asked him to find me a venue, which turned out to be perfect, and after only one rehearsal he accompanied me beautifully as I sang 12 songs by Jacques Brel. It was a very successful gig, all of which was down to his enthusiasm to make the evening everything I had hoped it would be.."
Petra Penttilä
"My experience with Petra was superb. She showed up on time, was very professional and has such a pleasant spirit. Thank you Petra for adding that special touch of making this evening beautiful!"
Luminous Duo
"We booked the Duo for our wedding in Barcelona. Before the ceremony the Duo were incredibly helpful and flexible in helping finalise the set list for our welcome drinks and cocktail hour and the equipment they would require. We were also fortunate that the Duo learnt our first dance song, sending over a demo well before the ceremony so that we could check that we were comfortable dancing to it.
On the day, both Nadine and Lumai were brilliant. They were exactly the style of performer we were looking for, with their bossa-nova sound setting the perfect atmosphere for our guests on their arrival and during our cocktail hour. We’ll always remember that we were fortunate enough to have a live band perform our first dance - thank you so much for making this happen!"
Derito
"Afrobossa, new style of music: Amazing fusion between Bossa Nova and African Music."
Rory
"We booked Rory for our daughter's 21st where he played the piano for a relaxed drinks reception in the house, followed by sax working with the DJ in a much more lively party setting afterwards over at our annexe. Rory blended in perfectly in both settings, with relaxed sets being played on the piano followed by very engaged, immersive sets with the sax on the dance floor with our guests. He really just gets on with his thing and really made the event that extra special and received a ton of compliments from some very happy guests. We would whole heartedly recommend."
