Chamber Orchestras for Hire in San Diego

The chamber orchestras for hire typically consist of between 10 and 40 musicians, featuring a mix of string, woodwind and sometimes brass instruments. Many chamber orchestras on Gig Heaven offer flexible line-ups, allowing you to scale the ensemble size to suit the venue and budget.

Hiring chamber orchestras suits a wide range of events including large-scale weddings, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, corporate events, film screenings with live music and classical concerts. The full, rich sound of a chamber orchestra adds a dramatic sense of occasion to formal and prestigious events.

Because of the number of musicians, chamber orchestras require a larger performance area than most acts. The exact space needed depends on the ensemble size, but a minimum of around 6 by 5 metres is typical. It is worth discussing staging requirements with the orchestra to ensure the venue can accommodate them.
