Most of what decides whether a booking runs smoothly is settled before the band arrives, and it depends on the room. Venues in Margaret River, Western Australia, Australia range from function suites with a house PA and a fixed curfew to marquees and outdoor terraces where everything has to be carried in, and the same five-piece behaves quite differently in each.
A four or five-piece needs roughly 4 by 3 metres of flat, dry floor, more once a drum riser or a brass section is involved, plus two or three power sockets within reach of the stage area. Check the load-in route early, because stairs, a long carry from the car park, or a lift too small for a bass cabinet all add time, and some acts charge for it. Ask about a sound limiter before you commit to anything: a limiter set low will cut the power mid-song, and there is no way around it once you are there. Curfews work the same way, since an 11pm finish moves the whole running order earlier than most people expect.
Saturdays in peak season and the whole of December go first, often a year out, so the band you want can end up fixing your date rather than the other way round. Distance shows up on a quote as travel, and occasionally as accommodation when the finish time makes the drive home impractical. Friday and Sunday bookings widen the field considerably if the date is flexible. Ask what the travel figure covers, since some acts price it into the fee within a set radius and charge separately beyond it.
Most bookings in Margaret River come in around $1,400 for two live sets, with duos and trios below that and larger lineups with brass or extra vocalists above it. What varies more than the headline figure is what sits inside it. Check what the quote covers: travel, a DJ set or playlist between sets, and how long the band plays in total rather than how many sets they perform. Most acts take a deposit to hold the date with the balance due close to the event, and overtime is normally charged in half-hour blocks, so agree the finish time in writing rather than on the night.
The average price for Cover Bands available in Margaret River, Western Australia, Australia is $1,400 (AUD). Above you will also find a budget price and high end price. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

"She was absolutely phenomenal! Many guests at our wedding were asking who she was because they were so impressed! Would absolutely hire her again for an event but she will probably be too famous by then haha"

Pearl
"“Pearl” the music duo with Sheona and Serge have become a regular gig at the Mounties where they play in our lounge bar on Saturday evenings. With Sheona singing her tunes and Serge on keyboard and vocal backing, this couple have a great repertoire of songs that create a fun, relaxed atmosphere that keeps our guests entertained all night. Their passion for music shows in the following they have established with our staff and customers looking forward to their next gig with us every time. Highly recommended by all of us at the Mounties.

Rewind2play
"Rewind2Play is a duo who make creative music videos. When they perform live, they do so in front of a big screen with a video playing in the background to match the song they are playing. Rewind2Play have over 50 videos on their youtube channel. These videos are very entertaining, amusing and original. One of their videos, a cover of Iko Iko, has had 200,000 views. Whilst most of their songs are covers, to cater for market needs, Rewind2Play also have several original songs, one of which I forecast will become a smash hit (I said that once before, when I first heard Joe Cockers version of I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends). I have seen Rewind2Play at several gigs, and the effects of playing in front of an entertaining video of them also playing the same song works exceedingly well, particularly some of the stunning backdrops/scenery and the amusing touches. The crowds love it, they pack the dance floor and they sing along. And multitasking, such as singing and dancing at the same time makes for thirsty work, so the bar sells a few bevvies to keep everyone lubricated. Mark is a Liverpudlian who writes the original songs, so there are a few Beatles covers in here too! Maybe when he is in Denton (Manchester), Mark will get a few more hats to add to his collection to make more videos. I'm expecting Rewind2Play to be very warmly received in the UK for their novel originality and creativity, and for the obvious love between Mark and his wife Aimee which illuminates many of the videos. But don't take my word for it, check out their youtube channel."
