Booking an event DJ in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany, Italy usually starts with a short brief: date, venue, guest numbers and the kind of night you want. Quotes tend to come back within a day or two, and most DJs will offer a call to run through the plan before you confirm. The strongest candidates ask as many questions as they answer, from timings to what the room is like.
Most setups need a table or booth space near a power supply and 60 to 90 minutes to load in and sound-check before guests arrive. Tell the DJ about stairs, long carry routes or upstairs function rooms when you enquire, since they move heavy speakers and stands. Some venues fit sound limiters that cut power when volume crosses a set threshold; a DJ who knows this in advance can configure their rig to stay under it. Outdoor receptions and marquee events need dry, covered ground and a reliable power source, so agree those details with the venue early.
A strong event DJ builds the night around your brief rather than a fixed routine. Share a shortlist of must-play tracks, anything to avoid, and the shape of the evening, from arrival music through dinner to the main dance set. Decide in advance whether guests can request songs on the night, and mention any themed or multilingual sets you need so the DJ can prepare the right library. Most are happy to source specific tracks ahead of the event if given notice.
Most DJs in Forte dei Marmi quote per event rather than per hour, with evening bookings running from €95 to €1,250+ and typical spends around €380. Hourly figures usually only appear for short add-on slots or extra time at the end of the night. When comparing quotes, check what is included: sound equipment, lighting, setup time and travel are normally built in, while uplighting, an extended set or a separate system for a second room adds to the fee. December dates and peak-season weekends are the first to go, so confirm your date as soon as the venue is settled.
The average price for Event DJs available in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany, Italy is €380 (EUR). Above you will also find a budget price and high end price. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

TEAM - Il Caffè degli Artisti
"Stefano M., wedding date: 28/08/2021
The travel companions everyone would want
A numerous and versatile team capable of always finding the perfect solution to every request of ours. Andrea is a great professional in the field and, after the first meeting, immediately understood what our hidden dreams were. He followed us throughout the entire preparation and put his decades of experience at our disposal, giving us precious (and formidable) advice on every detail of the event. From the ceremony in church (where he made us experience unique emotions), through the entertainment at the aperitif (with great instrumental and vocal shows from the entire team and the mythical Fiorella), until after dinner. With them there is only one must: spectacle! The more we think about "our day" and the more we thank destiny for making us meet these wonderful travel companions. The kind that, during the long journey to unknown destinations, make you turn off the GPS and get you to your destination by taking the most spectacular roads that exist!"
Fabrymusic
"Engagement, fun, and lots of great music. Fabry carefully listened to all our requests and went above and beyond, creating a truly magical atmosphere, even receiving compliments from all the guests. It was all truly unforgettable."
Mr ALBOH
"Mr. Alboh was the highlight of our wedding!
Everybody was captivated by his talent.
Not only did he impress us with his voice, but he also created a joyful atmosphere as our DJ. And on top of it all, he is a really kind guy with a good heart!"
The Lorean Events
"These guys truly exceeded our expectations from the moment they arrived. Actually, from even before they arrived as they were always very prompt with replies to emails and accommodating with a request for a first dance song that wasn’t on their list. On our wedding day, they came to the venue plenty ahead of time to set up but didn’t disturb the dinner whatsoever. Despite the rain, they were in a great mood and from the moment they started playing, everyone was dancing and having a great time. When I say everyone, I mean everyone! From kids to grandparents, everyone had a smile on their face. Their selection of songs was varied and extensive. My husband and I are professional musicians, so I really went through a lot of profiles before I found a group that I liked. Even so, they went above and beyond. We truly cannot recommend them enough!!"
Nuwanda DiJ
"Nuwanda DiJ assisted with rentals and DJ services for my wedding in Tuscany. They were extremely accommodating and very responsive throughout all of the planning since I was planning the wedding from abroad. They were such a pleasure to work with and everyone at my wedding had an amazing time! Thank you again!"
Guty & Simone Wedding Band/DJ/DJ+SAX
"We hired Guty and Simone for our wedding in Tuscany . From beginning to end, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They responded promptly to all our inquiries and demonstrated great enthusiasm throughout the event. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they tailored their services perfectly to fit our wedding. During dinner, they played our curated playlist and later delivered an outstanding live show and DJ set. Their song selection was ideal for our celebration, and we even got to choose our favorites. Their energy was infectious, and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. They threw in some delightful surprises during the DJ set that the crowd loved, even matching the music to an unexpected strip dance from one of the guests! They kept the music going until well after 2 AM, ensuring no one left the dance floor. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone! Huge thanks to Guty and Simone for creating such a fantastic atmosphere and party!"
