Magicians for Hire in Edmonton

Yes, most magicians bring everything they need for their performance. Close-up magicians typically require no additional setup at all. Stage magicians may need a performance area with adequate lighting and, for larger venues, access to a microphone or PA system. It is worth confirming any technical requirements.

Hiring magicians is one of the most popular choices for corporate events, conferences, award dinners and product launches. Close-up magic works particularly well during networking sessions and drinks receptions, helping to break the ice between guests.

Performance length varies depending on the type of magic and the event format. A close-up magician typically works a room for one to two hours, while a stage show usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. It is worth discussing your event schedule with the magician.

The magicians offer a range of performance styles to suit different events. Close-up or strolling magic is ideal for cocktail receptions and mingling, with the magician moving between guests performing tricks at close range. Stage magic is better suited to larger audiences where the performance is the main focus.
