He went above and beyond - dressing to their theme, arriving early for setup and sound check, creating a list for each hours buildup to the DJ and then connected with the guests on the dance floor! I would say he is all about performing arts, except for the fact that he is just as good with customer service, and interactions on a business level! If he says he'll do something, he follows through with absolute professionalism.
