Had a wonderful evening seeing Paul Wainwright perform at The Oswego Hotel’s Aegir Room in James Bay. From the moment he started playing, it was clear we were in for something special. A terrific performance in an intimate setting, paired with delicious food, cold beverages, and genuinely excellent service — it all added up to a delightful night of music, friends, and great vibes.
If you haven’t seen Paul Wainwright perform (and honestly, where have you been? He’s been a mainstay of the local music scene for years), I highly recommend you make it a point to catch him live.
Good news: Paul will be back at the Aegir Room (the coolest lounge in Victoria) at The Oswego Hotel on Sunday, February 8th and Sunday, February 15th, from 6:00–8:00 pm.

"After listening to Tim's music on Spotify and loving his unique style and incredible skill, my wife and I booked Tim to play at our wedding reception at Daisy Bank Manor earlier this year.
Tim kicked off by playing one of his own tracks - Magnesium Black - for our first dance, which set things off to a great start! He played an absolutely brilliant set, full of energy all the way through and kept people on the dancefloor all evening right up until we were kicked out! We and our guests had a great time, with Tim playing a perfect mix of classic dance hits, crowd pleasers, and some of his own songs, all with his unique guitar mashing to keep things really interesting!
Ahead of the wedding, Tim was very helpful all the way through, with prompt, clear communication, and really took the time to get an idea of what kind of music we wanted.
