Check what the figure covers before comparing quotes: PA and setup are usually included, travel may or may not be, and an overtime rate for running past the agreed finish is worth agreeing in writing rather than on the night. Most acts take a deposit to hold the date, with the balance due close to the event, and short notice tends to cost more rather than less, since a free Saturday in peak season is a date someone else has already turned down. Sócrates Bôrras
"Very pleasant and professional - we're happy to find Socrates and he really beautified the party. He can highly recommend Socrates!"
Events saxophonist
"I would highly recommend Andrew for any events that you have planned! We hired Andrew to come and play at our villa for my mum’s 60th birthday which was a small party of 10 people. Andrew was very communicative through the whole process and adapted the set list according to our requests on the day.
The whole family loved having him there and my mum said it was the best birthday she’s ever had!"
Kajó Soares-Saxophone /Portuguese Guitar
"Kajó was incredible, one of the highlights of the day for us and all our guests. It was the perfect addition to dinner and allow people to experience Portugese culture and also bring some energy to our evening. The saxaphone during cocktails was also the perfect background to the drinks. Kajó is so talented and also a lovely person, we definitely recommend him for any event!"
FlowSax
"Incredible! We hired Daniele to play the dance floor at our wedding, and he was perfect. He played alongside whatever the DJ had on, was in the middle of the dance floor dancing with us and all our guests, and kept the energy up the whole time. He was super responsive during the planning process and was exactly what we had imagined! Highly highly recommend"
Saxophonist Diana Catarino
"Diana is a great saxophonist, with outstanding talent and versatility. She has a remarkable ability to read the atmosphere and adapt her music to each moment of the event, creating the right mood every time. Highly recommended."
Aksinia Saxophonist
"We invited Aksinia to perform at our product launch, and she added a refined, modern touch to the event.
Her performance elevated the key reveal moment, and the fusion of house music with live sax created a sophisticated and memorable atmosphere.
Professional and easy to work with — we truly appreciated the collaboration."
