Singing Waiters for Hire in Sheffield

The singing waiters for hire are professional singers who disguise themselves as regular waiting staff at the start of an event. At a planned moment, they surprise guests by breaking into song, creating a memorable and entertaining moment.

Common events for singing waiters include weddings, corporate dinners, birthday parties, gala events and private celebrations. The element of surprise makes singing waiters one of the most talked-about entertainment choices at any event.

Most singing waiters arrive early and blend in with the venue's waiting staff, serving food or drinks as normal. At an agreed moment, they reveal themselves and begin performing. The act typically starts subtly and builds to a full-energy performance. Gig Heaven recommends coordinating the timing with both the performers and the venue.

Booking as early as possible increases the chance of securing your supplier's availability on your event date, particularly during busy times of the year. However, many suppliers also accept last minute bookings, and we have successfully arranged bookings for clients with just a few hours' notice.

Contact the supplier you are interested in booking by clicking "Contact Now" on their listing. Discuss your requirements using our messaging system or join a video meeting (like a Zoom-call) to speak face-to-face. Once you are ready to confirm your booking, simply ask the supplier to send you a contract, which you can agree to online, or request amendments. Once you agree to the contract you will be asked to pay a 10% booking fee to confirm the booking, with the balance payable directly to the supplier by the due date you've agreed on.
