Soul singers in Perth, Western Australia, Australia cover everything from intimate acoustic ceremony performances to full-voice party sets, and most local vocalists offer more than one performance format. The most common booking is a soloist with backing tracks, which delivers a near-full-band sound at a smaller budget, but many performers also work as a duo with a pianist or guitarist, or front their own band for events wanting a fuller live sound.
Local soul vocalists tend to split between classic soul (Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye) and modern soul and R&B (Adele, Sam Smith, John Legend, Joss Stone). Most maintain published setlists on their profiles, and the majority will learn one or two specific requests for a wedding or milestone event without an extra fee, provided there is reasonable notice.
Rates for soul vocalists in Perth typically run from $240 for a soloist with backing tracks at a local event up to $2,200+ for an established performer travelling with a band, with the average sitting around $750. The main cost variables are line-up (solo, duo or band), set length, travel distance and whether a PA is provided by the venue. Most soloists carry their own vocal PA suitable for rooms up to around 150 guests; larger venues usually need an in-house system.

Duo Acoustic
"The band were amazing and really made our night. The guests were really enjoying the music as they are lively and the songs choice were great. Ed and Simone set up everything by themselves and Iet me worry free, also very easy to deal with, they even asked me what would i like them to wear also. They were perfectly in tune and everything was excellent."
