Wedding Services & Rentals in Brittany

Wedding suppliers offer a wide range of services including venue decoration, chair covers, table centrepieces, arch and backdrop hire, signage, favours, stationery design, car hire, cake making and other specialist wedding services. Gig Heaven recommends browsing supplier profiles to see which services each supplier provides and whether packages are available.

Hiring wedding services & rentals is primarily for weddings and related celebrations such as engagement parties, rehearsal dinners and bridal showers. Many suppliers also cater for anniversary celebrations and vow renewal ceremonies.

Peak wedding season (typically spring through autumn) is the busiest time for wedding services & rentals, and popular dates can fill up quickly. It is worth securing suppliers six to twelve months before the wedding date. Some services may still be available at shorter notice depending on availability.

Many wedding services & rentals include delivery, setup, styling and removal as part of their package. It is a good idea to confirm exactly what is included in the price, including any additional charges for early access or late collection.

Many suppliers in this category offer two or three related services, such as decoration together with chair covers and centrepieces. Booking them together is simpler to coordinate and can price better than separate arrangements. Supplier profiles list everything each one covers.

Some suppliers keep a showroom or studio where samples can be seen, and others send swatches or photographs. Seasonal supplier fairs are another common way to see stock in person. Asking early is worth it where colour matching to a scheme matters.

Matching a scheme is routine, and most suppliers will ask for colours, a mood board or a photograph at the quote stage. Exact colour matching on fabric can be harder than it sounds, so samples are worth requesting where the shade is critical. Suppliers can usually suggest close alternatives where an exact match is not available.

Booking as early as possible increases the chance of securing your supplier's availability on your event date, particularly during busy times of the year. However, many suppliers also accept last minute bookings, and we have successfully arranged bookings for clients with just a few hours' notice.

Contact the supplier you are interested in booking by clicking "Contact Now" on their listing. Discuss your requirements using our messaging system or join a video meeting (like a Zoom-call) to speak face-to-face. Once you are ready to confirm your booking, simply ask the supplier to send you a contract, which you can agree to online, or request amendments. Once you agree to the contract you will be asked to pay a 10% booking fee to confirm the booking, with the balance payable directly to the supplier by the due date you've agreed on.
