The venue name and address, the rooms or spaces we'll be filming in, and the event schedule or run of show. It also helps to know the best entrance for bringing in equipment, any filming or photography restrictions, and whether the venue has its own AV team we should coordinate with for clean audio from the stage.

Access 60–90 minutes before guests arrive, a couple of standard power sockets near our camera positions, and a small secure corner to store kit bags. If we're recording keynotes or panels, a direct audio feed from the venue's sound desk gives the best result. Parking or a loading spot close to the entrance is helpful but not essential, as we know most Copenhagen venues well.

For photography or a single-camera setup, around 30 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack down. For multi-camera conference coverage or interview setups with lighting, allow 60–90 minutes to set up and around 45 minutes to pack down. We work quietly and discreetly, so setup and pack-down won't disturb your guests.

Yes, we hold [X] public liability insurance and our equipment is fully insured. Our drone pilot is EU-certified (A1/A3 + A2) with over 10 years of aerial experience, and all drone flights follow Danish and EU regulations. Certificates are available on request.

Yes. We shoot with social media in mind and can deliver vertical 9:16 and square versions alongside the main horizontal film. Short speaker clips and highlight reels are ideal for keeping your audience engaged before, during and after the event.

Yes. For stage content we connect directly to the venue's sound desk wherever possible, and we back this up with our own recorders. For interviews we use professional lavalier and shotgun microphones, so speech stays clear even in a busy room.

One of the most memorable was filming Red Bull Cliff Diving – capturing athletes launching from huge heights, with the drone and ground cameras working together, was pure adrenaline. Closer to home, our favourite venue is Bella Center Copenhagen. We've filmed large-scale conferences there, and the energy of thousands of people in one space never gets old.

It started with a camera and a drone over ten years ago. Our founder Roland began with aerial photography and grew a following of more than 26,000 people on Instagram before turning that passion into a production company. Of course. We regularly film internal meetings, product launches and executive events, and we're happy to sign your NDA before the shoot. Footage is handled securely and only shared with the people you approve.

Yes, much of our work is for international brands and agencies running events in Copenhagen. We work fully in English, invoice through our Danish company, and are used to briefs from overseas teams, so you can book a trusted local crew without flying anyone in.

Absolutely. Every event is different, so we start with a short brief on your goals, audience and key moments, whether that's a keynote, a product reveal or a specific guest. From there we shape the crew size, camera setup and edit style around you, from a single photographer for an evening reception to multi-camera coverage of a full conference. Final edits can be delivered in any format you need, including vertical clips for social media.

Every booking includes a pre-event planning call, professional camera, audio and lighting equipment, and a Copenhagen-based crew on site for the agreed hours. Photography packages include a curated gallery of professionally edited images, and video packages include an edited highlight film with a round of revisions. Add-ons include drone footage, same-day social clips, interview setups, live streaming and full session recordings. Raw files are kept for 90 days after delivery.

Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, and autumn and spring conference season fills up fastest, so earlier is better for larger events. That said, we're based in Copenhagen and can often help at short notice, so it's always worth getting in touch.
