All About Everything Music Ltd – Booking Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with All About Everything Music Ltd (“the Artist”). By confirming a booking, the Client agrees to the following: 1. Booking Confirmation - A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement or invoice has been issued and a deposit has been received. - The Artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking prior to confirmation. 2. Deposit & Payment - A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure the booking. - The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods. 3. Cancellation Policy - If the Client cancels more than 30 days before the event, only the deposit is retained. - Cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur 50% of the total fee. - Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur 100% of the total fee. - In the unlikely event the Artist must cancel, all payments will be refunded in full, and reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement. 4. Performance Details - The Artist will perform for the agreed duration and at the agreed location, as outlined in the booking confirmation. - Any changes to performance times, location, or setup must be communicated and agreed upon at least 7 days prior to the event. - The Client is responsible for providing a safe, suitable performance space with access to power and shelter if outdoors. 5. Technical Requirements - The Artist will provide all necessary musical equipment unless otherwise specified. - If the Client is providing sound equipment or staging, it must meet professional standards and be ready for setup at least 90 minutes before performance time. 6. Conduct & Safety - The Artist reserves the right to stop the performance if faced with abusive, unsafe, or illegal conditions. - The Client is responsible for the behaviour of guests and attendees during the event. 7. Media & Promotion - The Artist may capture photos or video during the event for promotional use unless the Client requests otherwise in writing. - The Client may not record or broadcast the performance without prior written consent. 8. Force Majeure - The Artist is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, or government restrictions. 9. Liability - The Artist holds public liability insurance and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety. - The Artist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance.
