Anthem Road Cover Band High-energy, decades, 5-piece cover band playing rock, pop, funk, dance hits!

We're a five-piece band and ideally require a stage or performance area of approximately 24' x 18', although we can accommodate spaces as small as 20' x 16'. We require access to adequate electrical power for our instruments and sound equipment, along with a safe, level performance surface. Additional technical requirements can be discussed based on the venue and whether we're providing the sound system or working with existing production.

We'd love to know the venue location, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, the available stage dimensions, and whether a professional sound system is already provided. We'll also need information about electrical access, load-in and parking arrangements, performance times, and any venue sound restrictions. For outdoor events, appropriate weather protection is also important.

Writing

Yes! Anthem Road can provide a professional PA system for events when needed, or we're happy to work with the venue's existing sound and production team. Sound requirements and any additional lighting needs will depend on the event size, venue, and setup. We'll discuss these details in advance to make sure everything is covered.

Absolutely! We can provide background music before our performance and between sets through our sound system. As an added bonus, our lead vocalist, Valerie Ojeda, is also a professional Event Emcee with over 20 years of experience hosting corporate events, galas, fundraisers, and special events. She can provide professional announcements, introductions, and additional MC services if needed. Just let us know what you have in mind!

We've had some incredible experiences over the years, so it's hard to choose just one! Some of our favorites include performing for U.S. troops in Kuwait and traveling to beautiful destinations like Hawaii for private corporate events.

Our lead vocalist, Valerie Ojeda, has also had some unforgettable experiences, including singing on stage with Terri Nunn of Berlin and meeting the legendary Pat Benatar!

We've been fortunate to perform in some wonderful venues and meet amazing people along the way. Whether we're entertaining a corporate celebration, performing at a private event, or traveling halfway around the world, it's those special moments and connections with our audiences that make what we do so rewarding!

We love EVERYTHING! We love corporate events, casino entertainment, outdoor concerts, outdoor family festivals, and private celebrations! There's nothing quite like watching a crowd go from tapping their feet to singing along and dancing. Whether we're entertaining hundreds of people at an outdoor concert or creating a fun, upscale atmosphere for a corporate celebration, we love adapting our performance to the audience and making every event memorable.

Anthem Road was formed in 2016, bringing together five experienced professional musicians with backgrounds in live performance and entertainment. Our members have spent years performing in a variety of musical settings, and that experience really shows in our versatility and chemistry on stage.

Over the years, we've performed at casinos, corporate events, festivals, private celebrations, and international engagements. We've also had the opportunity to share the stage with national recording artists, including Berlin and Warrant.

Our lead vocalist, Valerie Ojeda, is also a professional Event Emcee, corporate presenter, and on-camera host with more than 20 years of experience. Her background in live entertainment and audience engagement brings an added dimension to our performances, particularly for corporate events and special celebrations.

Our musical influences are all over the map, and that's exactly what makes Anthem Road so much fun! From the powerhouse rock vocals of Journey, Bon Jovi, and AC/DC to the funk and dance grooves of Prince, Michael Jackson, Earth, Wind & Fire, and the Black Eyed Peas, we love music that gets people moving.

Choosing one favorite artist or the greatest song of all time would probably start a pretty lively debate among our five band members! But we can all agree that a great song is one that brings people together, gets everyone singing along, and makes you forget about everything else for a few minutes.

Absolutely! Our lead vocalist, Valerie Ojeda, is also a professional Event Emcee, Corporate Host, and Presenter with over 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 live events under her belt!

From corporate conferences and galas to awards ceremonies and fundraisers, Valerie knows how to keep an event moving, engage an audience, and make everyone feel welcome.

For clients who need both live entertainment and a professional MC, we can offer both services as part of a customized entertainment package.

We believe the audience should have just as much fun as we do! We're not the kind of band that stands on stage playing song after song without interacting with the crowd.

We love getting people dancing, singing along, taking requests, and sometimes even joining us on stage! At family-friendly events, we've brought props for the kids and found fun ways to involve guests of all ages.

Our goal isn't to show off how many notes we can play or how high we can sing. It's to give everyone an experience they'll remember. Some of our favorite moments happen when the audience becomes the star of the show!

Of course! We understand that every event has its own atmosphere, and we love being part of that vision.

Whether you're planning an elegant corporate gala, a themed celebration, a holiday party, or a casual outdoor concert, we're happy to coordinate our wardrobe with your event's colors, theme, or dress code.

We can also work with you on the music selection and overall feel of the performance so that everything complements your event.

Absolutely! Corporate entertainment is one of our specialties. We've performed at company celebrations, private corporate parties, holiday events, and destination events, including performances in Hawaii.

We understand that corporate events require more than great music. Timing, presentation, professionalism, and working well with planners and production teams are all important.

We're also happy to accommodate announcements, presentations, or special moments throughout the evening. Our clients can use our microphones and sound system when needed, and we've even provided live musical backing for guests who wanted to sing with the band!

We typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before guests arrive, or at whatever time the client requests, to allow plenty of time for setup and sound checks. Performance times are flexible, and we're happy to tailor the number and length of sets to your event. Whether it's one continuous performance or multiple sets throughout the evening, we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your event perfectly.

Absolutely! We love performing at outdoor concerts, festivals, community celebrations, and private events. We just need a safe, level performance area, access to adequate electrical power, and protection from direct sunlight, rain, and other weather conditions.

For family-friendly outdoor events, we especially love getting the audience involved! We sometimes bring fun props for the kids, invite audience participation, and make the experience interactive for all ages. We're not just there to play music. We want everyone to be part of the fun!

Absolutely! We love working with clients to customize our setlists based on their event, audience, and musical preferences. Some clients leave the music entirely up to us, while others prefer to handpick every single song for the evening. We're happy to accommodate either approach!

With a repertoire spanning classic rock, pop, funk, and dance hits, we can tailor our music to everything from an upscale corporate celebration to an outdoor dance party.

We're also happy to consider special song requests, including learning new songs with sufficient advance notice. Additional rehearsal fees may apply.

We can even coordinate our attire with your event's colors, dress code, or theme. Our goal is to make the entertainment fit your vision!

The two things we hear most often are how much energy we bring to the stage and how much fun we genuinely have performing together!

We're not a band that just stands on stage playing songs. We love interacting with the audience, getting people out of their seats and onto the dance floor, taking requests, and making our guests part of the show. We've invited people on stage to sing with us while we provide the live musical backing, and at family-friendly events, we even bring fun props to get the kids involved!

One of the nicest compliments we receive is how much fun everyone has, including people who didn't expect to get up and dance!

We don't believe the spotlight should always be on us. We're there for the audience, and some of our favorite moments happen when we make THEM the stars of the show!
