My setup is very quick. I usually arrive 30–45 minutes before the performance to prepare my equipment and do a short sound check.

Yes, I am happy to perform outdoors as long as the performance area provides basic protection for the instrument and equipment. Ideally, I need:
• Shade or cover from direct sun or rain
• A flat and stable surface
• Access to a nearby power outlet if electric violin amplification is required

With these conditions, outdoor performances work beautifully.
