One of the best gigs I’ve ever done was a show where the crowd and band were fully locked in. The energy was strong, the groove felt natural, and we had real musical communication on stage. For me, the best gigs are the ones where the music breathes and everyone is reacting to each other — that was one of those nights.
My favorite venue I’ve played so far was because the sound was really well balanced — strong monitor mix, good room acoustics, and supportive staff. It allowed me to relax and play musically, which is everything.
My favourite events are the ones where there’s strong musical connection — whether it’s a concert, festival, or private event. I enjoy situations where the band is locked in, the audience is engaged, and there’s room to play with feel, dynamics, and groove. The energy exchange is what makes it special.
I started gigging very young — I began playing drums in live settings when I was about 3 years old. I grew up around music, so performing in church and community events was a natural part of my development. Over time, I started playing with different bands, artists, and musical directors, which helped me learn how to adapt to different styles, stage environments, and audiences.
Through those experiences I developed my sense of groove, dynamics, and musical communication. Since then, I’ve continued to perform in live shows, studio sessions, festivals, and private events, building a strong foundation in both live performance and collaborative musicianship.
I’ve been influenced by a wide range of artists — from groove-based players to musicians who focus on feel and storytelling. I’m drawn to artists who leave space, play with intention, and treat rhythm as part of the emotion of the music.
I don’t necessarily have one favourite artist, but I really connect with musicians who balance musicality and simplicity — artists who play for the song while still bringing personality and soul.
As for the greatest song of all time — I don’t think there’s only one. The “greatest” song depends on how it makes people feel and the moment it’s played in. For me, the songs that matter most are the ones that create connection — between the musicians on stage and the audience listening.
My typical setup time is about 45–60 minutes, including tuning, mic placement (if needed), and soundcheck.
For performances, I usually play 2–3 sets of 45–60 minutes each, depending on the event schedule and client requirements.
Yes, I’m happy to perform outdoors as long as the performance area is covered and protected from weather. Shade or a tent is important to protect the instruments and equipment from sun or rain.
I have a core repertoire that I know works well for live performance, but I’m always happy to discuss song preferences with clients.
If there are specific requests, I can include them — as long as they’re shared in advance so I can prepare properly and make sure everything feels tight and musical.
Previous clients usually describe my performances as energetic, tasteful, and reliable. I focus on playing with groove, consistency, and musical sensitivity, so the performance feels solid and supportive. I’m often told that I bring a positive attitude, I’m easy to work with, and I help create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere on stage.

I’m often described as groove-focused, reliable, musical, and easy to work with. I bring a positive attitude, strong pocket, and consistent feel.
I aim to support the music first — laying down a groove that feels good, listening closely to dynamics, and creating space. The goal is always to serve the song and connect with the moment.
