Hello! I'm drummer Quinn Beneteau. I play in a few different projects with experience playing wedding, corporate, and private party jazz gigs.
I'm also involved in a few projects that do fusion and video-game music, original singer-songwriter compositions, pop and alt-rock, so I can get together a group for almost any occasion!
If you happen to be looking for a drummer for a band yourself, I can also play for you!
I am based in Ottawa, but can make the trip to nearby towns and cities.

Had the pleasure of playing with the Ottawa Jazz Youth Summit at the Ottawa Jazz Festival on the main stage opening for Branford Marsalis. Incredible to meet with him and his band for a short time.
Jazz is a hard genre to play publicly, and having a chance to play it in any setting is amazing. I've had a wonderful time playing Jazz for weddings, corporate gigs, and private parties in the past. Truly though, I love to perform in a variety of styles to keep things interesting.
I graduated Carleton University music in 2025, getting to work with some of the best gigging musicians in Ottawa as my teachers, and now my peers. I've been gigging with other great talents that I've met throughout university for the past few years, and I've had the pleasure of performing at the NAC, recording a jazz album, and working with local band GRFN.
100% happy to perform outside - there must be some power close by for keyboards/PA's, some sort of semi-flat area to lay down a carpet for drums too.
Absolutely! We usually set up a set-list ourselves, but let us know genre and if you have any sort of requests and we would be happy to perform them for you. Please let us know ahead of time of any special requests.
