Blue Dragon is a cover band playing songs from Classic Rock, Country and Blues artists. We can play events large and small and we have our own sound and lighting equipment. We are professional and reliable and will cater our set lists to customer and audience preferences.
We play Classic Rock songs from Bad Company, Pat Benatar, Creedence Clearwater, Dire Straits, Ozzy, Deep Purple, The Guess Who, Fleetwood Mac and many others.
For Country music fans we play songs from Patsy Cline, Waylon Jennings, ShaniaTwain, Kentucky Headhunters, Carrie Underwood, Steve Earle, Lainey Wilson and others.
As well we play some Blues from people such as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Kenny Wayne Shephard and Gary More.
Typically we mix all of these genres in our performance and this works well for an all-ages audience. However we can concentrate on Rock or Country if something more specific is requested. The songs are well known and familiar.

We can play recorded music between sets if desired.
Our favorite venue is a local community league where the audience always comes out to party and dance.
Our favorite events are those with an audience that wants to be there, participate and have fun . People who sing a long, dance and enjoy themselves. Parties, celebrations, special occasions etc.
Gigged for many years from a love of music and the challenge of playing together as a band.
We like a variety of music styles as demonstrated by our song choices across several genres.
We play music because we love it. We love the challenge of learning new songs. We love it when the audience enjoys the music, sings along and dances. We love to know that we helped people be happy and make their event a success.
We want 2.5 hours to setup and do sound check.
Sets are 50-60 minutes long. Breaks are 10-15 minutes.
3 hour events are ideal. We often end up doing 4 hour events.
Outdoor events can be fun but some protection from direct sun and precipitation is desired. We will not play outdoors in extreme weather - lightning, hail, hard rain etc.
We can offer a set list in advance for review and will work with the client to customize if desired. If enough time is available we can learn a specific song or two, if they fall within our capability.
Most clients are impressed with the wide variety of styles we can play for a variety of tastes. Also our professionalism and reliability are appreciated.
