The other day a guest on a cruise ship came to me saying “You play exactly what we like!” He was an elderly English man. This says a lot about my musical character.
I play on cruise ships, ferries and riverboats as singer/guitarist with tracks. My major scope is the elderly customers, mainly British but I also played for Germans, Scandinavians, other Europeans but also Americans. I play a lot of ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s pop, rock and soul but also some blues, traditional pop (like Engelbert Humperdinck), some country music and bit of more modern material (post-2000).
