One of our favorite events was a 150 guest wedding where we built a botanical-forward drink lineup around the couple's color palette. The signature mocktail was just as popular as the bourbon cocktail. Watching guests come back for seconds and thirds (and asking how we made the syrups) is what makes this work so rewarding.

Botanix Bar was born from years of hosting and creating, and a bar gig where guests kept asking for better non-alcoholic options. We kept hearing the same thing: people wanted something more thoughtful than a Shirley Temple. So we built a craft mobile bar around real ingredients, organic juices, housemade syrups, and botanical infusions. We bring event planning experience, certified bartending (ServSafe and TIPS), and an obsession with drinks that taste good, feel good, and look beautiful.

Every drink is made from scratch with organic juices (never from concentrate), housemade syrups, botanical infusions, and tea bases. Sustainable cups, bamboo straws, and compostable napkins come standard. We were born from demand for better mocktails, so our non-alcoholic options are just as crafted as our cocktails. Functional, beautiful, and good for you.

We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill fast, especially wedding season weekends. We do accept last-minute bookings when available, with a $250 priority fee for events within 14 days. The earlier you book, the more time we have to design a custom drink lineup around your event.

Every package includes craft drinks made from scratch, organic juices, housemade syrups, botanical infusions, sustainable cups, bamboo straws, compostable napkins, garnish styling, full bar setup and breakdown, and a curated alcohol shopping list. You bring the alcohol and ice, we bring the craft bar. 20% gratuity is added (goes to bartenders). 50% deposit secures your date.

Yes, this is actually how Botanix Bar started. We were inspired by guests who wanted something better than a Shirley Temple. Our mocktails are just as crafted as our cocktails, made with organic juices, housemade syrups, botanical infusions, and tea bases. Functional, beautiful, and good for you. We can do all-mocktail events, mocktail and cocktail combos, or sparkling sodas and tea bars.

Deposits are non-refundable since they secure your date. If you cancel 30+ days out, only the deposit is forfeited. Within 30 days of the event, the full balance applies. Need to reschedule? We will work with you to find a new date that works.

Yes. Botanix Bar is fully licensed and insured. Our bartenders are ServSafe and TIPS certified. We carry public liability insurance and follow safe service practices for every event.

We typically arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before the event to handle full bar setup, garnish styling, and station prep. Most events run 4 hours of active service. We can extend hours as needed and we always handle full breakdown after service.

Yes, we love outdoor events. We just ask for a flat level surface, shade or cover for the bar and ingredients (so the heat does not affect our infusions and garnishes), and a water source nearby if possible.

Absolutely. Every drink lineup is designed around your event. You can pick from our drink inspirations or we can build a custom lineup using your colors, theme, or favorite flavors. Couples and hosts have full input.
