The project of Turkish guitarist Özdemir Kalyoncu, ‘Called Oz’, is a jazz-fusion band born in Madrid in 2021. Their sound blends the energy of rock with the complexity and improvisation of jazz, drawing influences from legends such as Miles Davis, John Scofield, Wes Montgomery, and many more. In 2022, they released their first EP titled “Fill It Up,” a vibrant showcase of their fresh and daring approach within the contemporary jazz-rock fusion scene.

El proyecto de guitarrista Turco Özdemir Kalyoncu ‘ Called Oz ’ es una banda de jazz fusión nacida en Madrid en 2021. Su sonido mezcla la energía del rock con la complejidad y la improvisación del jazz, tomando influencias de leyendas como Miles Davis, John Scofield, Wes Montgomery y muchos más.
