Cellists & Sisters is a professional cello duo based in Switzerland, providing elegant live music for weddings, private events, and special celebrations across Switzerland and Europe. Formerly known as Aura Cello Duo, we continue our musical journey under our new name while maintaining the same artistic vision and distinctive sound.
As two professional cellists and sisters, we have been playing together since childhood, developing a deep musical connection and a warm, expressive cello sound that creates a magical atmosphere for every event. We are internationally trained musicians, having studied and performed in the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland, and we have extensive experience performing at weddings, private concerts, corporate events, and celebrations throughout Switzerland and across Europe.
Drawing from classical music, traditional melodies, Latin folklore, and modern genres such as pop and rock, we perform a diverse program specially arranged for two cellos. This flexibility allows us to shape the music around each moment of your event, from intimate wedding ceremonies to elegant receptions.
Our clients especially appreciate our professionalism, musical sensitivity, and our ability to read the atmosphere of each event and adapt the music to the moment. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences and touch the audience through the rich and emotional sound of our cellos.

We have performed in the finals from the ABN AMRO Open in the Netherlands, in front of 15.000 people. We have also performed in a commemorative act in Valencia in front of 10000. It was a dream to be playing in front of so many people and to feel their energy and enthusiasm!
Each type of event has different energy and we like to blend with it, but we are big fans of weddings, in which we like to add our music and expressivity to the romantic atmosphere.
We have been performing together since our childhood, first in orchestras and larger ensembles, to later establish officially our duo.
We like to mix different genres, from the beautiful classical pieces by Vivaldi, Händel or Tchaikovsky, to pop artists like Coldplay, Adele or Lady Gaga, also through iconic bands and singers as Queen, Abba and Elvis Presley.

We are happy to play outside but we ask for a place in shade and a flat level surface
We can arrange specific songs requested by the customers. We also ask to the customer which genres of music they would like to hear and we give some recommendations.
