Are you looking for a quality violinist for you wedding, yearly celebration of birthday party? Hire me! I'm a Finnish-American violinist who is currently living in West Palm Beach, FL. I am a classical violinist who loves playing in a variety of venues and events, spanning music from classical repertoire to pop, folk, and tango. I'm more than happy to play solo violin concerts, with interesting and challenging arrangments for the violin, and I also love to incorporate my loop pedal to bring variety to my performances. As a graduate of the Juilliard School, I truly believe that I can provide the best quality music for the most special occasions of your life!

I need to know if the venue is an indoor or outdoor venue and if outdoor, will it be protected from rain in case of bad weather. I will provide my own stand and chair, if necessary.
My best gig is probably a proposal I did in New York, at Central Park. We hid behind the bushes and it was so heartwarming to see the excitement of the person proposing. It was such a beautiful and romantic moment when the lady who was proposed to said yes.
My favorite gigs are weddings! I love seeing people happy and joyful :)
I started gigging regularly when I was in my undergrad. I've played in several weddings, proposals, corporate events, you name it! I love the process of playing in different venues and locations, and tailoring my performance for the exact needs of the event.
I typically arrive 30 mins early to setup and be ready to play on time. Performance times usually vary from 10 mins to 60 mins. However, I'm more than happy to play longer, for example 2 x 45 mins sets.
I'll gladly play outside but I do ask that there is shade and cover from rain provided since the violin is a delicate instrument.
I'm very happy to play songs you request! I have standard repertoire that I can recommend for you in the event you don't have specific songs in mind. The process of finding the right music for your event happens together.

I love bringing in a good energy for whatever event I'm performing at and I'm very quick to think on my feet if I see the situation change (for example the bride walks down the aisle quicker or slower than anticipated).
