I am typcally a solo act that can become more as needed. The solo act has the advantage of more affordability smaller space and volume considerations. I am a singing guitarist that covers music from the 1930's, old Blues songs and Great American Songbook music to popular music of the 2000's including pop, alternative and rock. I have definately a big focus on classic rock, dance and party music with many years of live perfomances and experieces to back it all up and rock the house! My clients are always very happy with my shows with many of them are booking me again and again.
Hunderds of songs in many styles to appease most any live music situation. I travel with my own sound system and can add lighting as needed too. From instumentsal coctail music to acoustic guitar and voice, to rocking party music. I can cover so many situations with a great attitude, a friendly smile and a let's have a good time vibe! Past perfomances include; weddings, private parties, country clubs, restaurants, night clubs and micro breweries.

1 x 15 amp power supply outlet. Covered space if outside ie tent or canopy. 6 feet by 6 foot minimum stage size. One parking space as close as possible to the performance space for loading and unloading equipment.
I need to know the address of the venue, the contact person on site, parking and load in requirements and what time load in is needed.
I provide sound equipment and simple lighting as needed. Completely self contained.
I can provide Spotify or pre recorded background music between sets and I am happy to do so!
As a solo artist one of my most memorable gigs was a private party in Denver. Everyone was having so much fun, I was performing all the music the crowd wanted to hear. They danced, we joked and laughed and had a very wonderful evening. I have been fortunate to have a number of these amazing performances as a solo artist over the last couple years; including a wedding gig, a number of club gigs, etc.
Private parties, these can be just a fun event or a wedding. Always so much fun and I'm able to connect with the client and audience on a deep level while taking the party to the next level.
I performed with a large number of local bands and event bands previously, all over the U.S. As I transitioned into solo shows I realized I myself can help drive the party, pick the songs and connect with the audiences directly. I love it when everything clicks and and can make some new friends from a show.
I have been influenced by so many amazing artists like: Kiss when I was growing up to Jimi Hendrix, Van Halen then transitioning into bands like Earth Wind and Fire and Marvin Gaye. In the Jazz world Pat Metheny and George Benson were huge musical influences on me. I love to perform the Toto classic Africa due to its amazing vocal harmonies and the sing along quality.
Usual gig I'm on site an hour before downbeat. I have multiple set ups depending on the size of the room and potential energy level of the event, usually discussed with the client before time. As a solo artist two or three hour shows are best. I usually play about 50 minutes with a short 10 to 15 break between sets dependent on if I am chatting with the guests.
I use all Bose gear to get the best sound possible.
I do enjoy outside, as long as I have cover and heat on the colder days or a fan or moving air for the warmer days. I do have to be careful it's not too hot outside as it can shut down electronic equipment.
I do try to tailor the show to their needs and requests. I can also learn and set up my background music for a couple special requests as needed or worked out in advance. I usually limit that to 2 or 3 songs due to time restraints to prepare. I can also perform a piece as acoustic guitar and voice.
Very entertaining, great music diversity, a wonderful singing voice, fantastic guitar playing, incredible sound and a whole lot of fun.
I have very wide variety of music that I can pivot to quickly. I can reach back to classics from the 1930's to contempory popular music. Average show consists of Classic Rock, Blues, Dance and Party music with a bit of Hard Rock, if the show welcomes it. I am very good at reading a crowd and customizing or adjusting my set list and songs to satisfy and please an audience.
