Clinton Viljoen is a South African R&B and soul vocalist, known as Cape Town's Brian McKnight. Velvet-voiced and polished, he brings timeless love songs, classic soul and gospel-rooted ballads to weddings, corporate events, gala dinners and private functions.
He has performed at Sun City, the Nedbank Golf Challenge, the Gary Player Invitational, the Durban July and the Artscape Opera House, has sung for audiences on three continents, and has performed live on SABC 3's Expresso. Corporate clients include Discovery Health, Heineken, RMB and Seeff.

Yes. Sound and production can be supplied, from a PA and microphones for a solo set to full production for a band. If your venue or event company already has a sound system, we send a tech rider beforehand so everything is ready.

Clinton grew up in Ravensmead, Cape Town, and found his sound in gospel and jazz. He has since sung for audiences in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, spent years performing at Sun City, and is booked for galas, weddings and corporate events across South Africa. He also writes and releases his own music.
His voice is often compared to Brian McKnight's, and classic soul runs through his sets, from Stevie Wonder's Ribbon in the Sky to George Benson's Kisses in the Moonlight, alongside his own songs such as All About You.
