My technical requirements depend on the type of performance.

For solo saxophone performances, I generally need a suitable power supply and enough space to perform comfortably. If the venue does not already have a sound system, I can provide a compact PA system suitable for the size and layout of the event.

For saxophone + DJ performances, I provide the necessary DJ and sound equipment, with the setup adapted to the venue and number of guests.

In all cases, I’m happy to discuss the venue and setup in advance to make sure everything is planned smoothly.

Before the event, I usually ask for a few details about the venue, including the location, indoor or outdoor setup, available space, access for equipment, power supply and any sound restrictions.

It is also useful to know where the different moments of the event will take place — for example, ceremony, aperitif, dinner and dancing — so I can plan the equipment and setup accordingly.

If needed, I can also coordinate directly with the venue or event planner.

Yes. I can provide professional sound and lighting equipment, depending on the type of event, venue and number of guests.

For a saxophone performance, this can include a compact sound system suitable for background music and live performance. For DJ and saxophone sets, I can provide a complete setup including DJ equipment, PA system and lighting for the dance floor.

The equipment is always selected according to the venue and the specific requirements of the event, rather than using the same setup for every occasion.

Yes. I can provide music before, between and after the live performances.

For events where I am performing as a saxophonist, I can manage a curated playlist to maintain the right atmosphere during the breaks and different moments of the event.

If you are looking for a full DJ set, I can also provide this as part of a saxophone + DJ performance, with the music and energy adapted to the style of the event.

The playlist and music choices can always be discussed in advance, including preferred genres, artists and songs to avoid.

I’ve played at many different events and venues over the years, so it’s difficult to choose just one favourite.

Rome and its surroundings offer some incredible locations, from historic villas and beautiful outdoor spaces to more contemporary venues. For me, the most memorable events are not necessarily about the venue itself, but about the atmosphere, the people and how the music becomes part of the experience.

I particularly enjoy house music events, where I can combine DJing and live saxophone and really connect with the energy of the crowd.

I also really enjoy weddings, because every one is different. I like working with couples to shape the music around the different moments of the day, from the ceremony and aperitif to dinner and the final party.

I started performing professionally as a street musician in Rome, where I spent a couple of years playing saxophone in the streets and connecting directly with people through music.

That experience taught me a lot about performing, reading an audience and creating a connection without a stage or a predefined setting. From there, I gradually moved into private events, weddings, clubs and other live performances.

I’ve been influenced by many different artists rather than just one. I particularly love the style and energy of Maceo Parker, as well as many of the great saxophonists of the current generation.

When it comes to choosing the greatest song of all time, I couldn’t pick just one. If I had to choose three, they would be “Purple Rain” by Prince, “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston, and “Respect” by Aretha Franklin.

The setup can vary considerably depending on the type and size of the event.

For an intimate event, it might be as simple as a compact sound system and saxophone. For larger events and parties, I can provide a full DJ setup with professional sound and lighting.

Performance times also vary depending on the event, and can be planned around the different moments of the day — from a short live performance to several hours of music and entertainment.

Absolutely. I actually prefer performing outdoors whenever the weather allows it.

Outdoor events can create a fantastic atmosphere, whether it’s a relaxed aperitif, a wedding or a party. The setup can be adapted to the space and conditions of the venue.

Absolutely. I don’t work with a fixed set list only.

In most cases, I like to work together with my clients to choose the music and define the right atmosphere for their event. We can discuss preferred genres, artists and specific songs, as well as any music they would rather avoid.

This allows the performance to feel personal while still leaving room to adapt to the atmosphere and energy of the event.
