I need to know if it’s an indoor or outdoor event and its location. Also, the load in and out access points to the venue. Parking for easier access before and after the event. Hot meals for the band or a meal buy-out are also a requirement, we’ll need as much energy as we can get!

Depends on the size of the venue. A lot of clients often rent a sound system with an engineer from a local sound company but we will sometimes bring a sound system ourselves and that will require a sufficient power source. The larger the event the larger the system needs to be.

Yes, we’ll be able to provide background music during breaks to maintain the vibe of the event.

The band arrives at least 2 hours in advance for set up and sound check. We typically perform 45 min sets with breaks in between.

We love playing outside in shaded areas away from standing water. The area needs to be flat and dry. In cold conditions we would like space heaters and in extreme heat fans for survival of the elements.

We typically prepare our set list but the client and request 3 songs and also reject any song or artist with advance notice.

Clients thoroughly enjoy our performances and the vibe we create. They have the opportunity to wine and dine during early sets and then dance after dinner as the night progresses.
